| Abstract | 本研究の目的は，子どもの創造性と社会とを関連付ける活動を通して，大人が子どもの表現活動に対する新たな価値を獲得するよう促すことである。第一次研究の二つ目にあたる本論では，子どもの作品に関する先行研究から，美術教育における子どもの作品への捉え方について整理する。本調査では，先行研究の調査期間を2008 年から2023 年の16 年間と設定し，美術教育に関する学会誌の三誌に掲載されている研究論文を対象とした。その結果，本調査においては，小学生や未就学児の作品を取り上げる研究が多く，写実表現に向かう中学生や高校生の作品への言及がなされていないことと，子どもの作品自体の「価値を生産」する研究は散見されるものの，「価値を普及」する視点が不足していることがわかった。 |

| Abstract | キャリア自律を推進する企業が増えているが，その一方で各種の支援施策が離職や人材流出を招く懸念も指摘されている。本研究では，就業者が抱くキャリア自律の志向性を考慮した分析を行い，キャリア支援施策の活用度と職場定着に関わる心理的変数との関連を検討した。若年就業者255 名のWeb調査への回答の分析から，キャリア支援施策は離職意思の抑制と組織コミットメントの向上という職場定着に有益な効果を持つことが示された。またその効果は，就業者が業界内や専門分野での活躍など広い視野をもつ専門キャリア志向を抱く場合に，より顕著に表れることが示唆された。 |

| Abstract | 本稿では，教科の分類と歴史的背景から捉えた家庭科教育の位置づけ，背景学問である家政学の特徴に基づき，家庭科という教科の特性や役割について検討し，家庭科の授業設計に対する示唆を得ることを目的とした。 その結果，他教科の知見を取り入れた家庭科の授業設計の要素として，①自己の生活を再認識する機会を設けること，②他教科から得られた知を取り入れること，③授業展開の中では，自然・社会・人文など諸科学の適切な方法論を取り入れること，④科学知と生活認識をつなげる機会を設けること，⑤他者の生活に対する考え方や見方価値観等を知る機会を設けること，⑥学習したことを踏まえて，自己の生活認識を再構成する機会を設けることの６点が示唆された。 |

| Abstract | 本研究は，20世紀後半におけるリーダーシップ育成理論の変遷をたどりながら，現在のリーダーシップ育成の特質と課題を明らかにしようとするものである。20 世紀後半のリーダーシップ論は，Stogdilの特質論アプローチに始まり，やがて個人の特性ではなく状況に注目した論が展開される。Fiedlerの状況論アプローチは，リーダーが力を発揮できる条件を明らかにした。そして，Burnsの変革型リーダーシップ論が登場する。さらに，Walumbwaのオーセンティック・リーダーシップ論は，リーダーが自分に従う者と信頼できる関係を構築することを重視する理論である。本研究では，状況意識と自己意識という概念を用いて，この変遷を分析した。最後に。以上の考察をふまえて，最後にグローバル・リーダー育成のフレーム・ワーク構築のため示唆について考察した。 |

| Abstract | 本研究の目的は，生徒のwell-being及び強みへの注目の向上を目的とした強み介入を１時間の学級活動と事前事後の学習活動として実践し，その教育成果について検証すること及び他者の強みへの注目の変化の要因について探索的に検討することであった。分析対象は，公立中学校の生徒４クラス105 名（男子56 名，女子45 名，未回答４名）であり，１群事前事後テストデザインで検証した。その結果，生徒のwell-beingと自他の強みへの注目の向上は確認されなかった。また，他者の強みへの注目の変化によって３群（低下群・維持群・向上群）にわけ，群と学習の感想で書かれた自由記述の関連を検討した結果，他者の強みへの注目の変化には，①強みを見つける対象者との関係性，②強み介入時のポジティブ感情の経験，③自他の多様な強みへの気付き，④多様性を尊重する態度の４点が関係していた。最後に，本研究の結果をモデリングの発達差に着目して考察し，今後の強み介入の展望について議論した。 |

| Abstract | 本稿の目的は，高校における通級による指導の導入期に着目し，校内体制の整備過程に生じた検討課題を明らかにするとともに，それに対する通級担当者による説明の特徴を捉えることであった。第一に，主な検討課題として「導入の是非」「従来の校内組織との関係」「既存の放課後の取組との関係」「従来の単位認定との関係」「障害という要配慮個人情報の取扱い」「通級による指導を生徒が希望していない場合の対応」が生じていた。第二に，通級担当者は，事例校の実情を参考に質問の背景を推測した上で説明を行うという特徴があった。結論として，校内体制の整備を円滑に進めるためには，通級による指導の導入が現在の各高校の取組等にいかなる影響があるのかを明らかにすること，自校にとって望ましい校内体制を模索するために学校の状況を共通理解することの重要性が示唆された。 |

| Abstract | This study aimed to develop a perspective that considers the interaction between a creator and the object they create during formative activities as a dialogue, and recognizes it as a means for the creator’s learning. To this end, we conducted a literature survey focusing on Martin Heidegger’s seminal work Sein und Zeit. Through the survey, we could provide examples of learning that creators experience while engaging in dialogue in formative activities. Additionally, we developed a perspective that considers the dialogue related to Das Sein, such as the motifs, impressions, and atmosphere, as linked to the shapes and colors they create. Furthermore, we explored the learning creators acquire as they renew themselves through this dialogic process. |

| Abstract | チームワークの研究は，航空や軍事等の高リスクな分野での悲劇的な事故が契機となり，その教訓に基づいて発展してきたという経緯がある。組織の安全性の維持・向上にチームワークは重要な意味を持つが，その知見は産業安全研究と一般的なチーム研究の領域で分断がみられる。この現状を鑑みて，本稿では双方の領域の橋渡しを企図した理論的研究を参照しつつ，既往知見を概括した。主に，事故事例にみられるチームワーク崩壊の行動兆候，安全性に貢献するチームワークの諸要因，そして高信頼性組織の理論に依拠した高信頼性チームの機能に関する知見を取り上げ，それらの示唆を議論した。 |

| Abstract | This study aims to examine the relationship between childcare workers’ “experience of identity swaying” as described in their autobiographical memory and their occupation efficacy. First, the influence that stemmed from the experience of childcare workers’ swaying on their sense of efficacy is examined. The results showed that those who experienced identity swaying in their autobiographical memory had a remarkably higher sense of efficacy as childcare workers than those who didn’t. On the other hand, no difference was found in their sense of efficacy depending on the trigger of the identity swaying. The differences in childcare workers’ descriptions depending on the level of their sense of efficacy were then investigated the records of childcare workers with a high sense of occupation efficacy showed a higher level of ego involvement stays as a memory that can be utilized in the future. Closing the article, the authors examine future issues. |

| Abstract | 本論では，阿部七五三吉（1936）による「手工教育基礎建設の曙光時代」［1907（明治40）年頃～ 1926（大正15）年頃まで］の20 年間を調査対象期間として，小学校手工科関係の法令条文等を分析し，法令改正に則して『日本帝国文部省年報』を基に愛媛県の手工科加設校の数量的な変遷を東京都と比較検討することによって，愛媛県の尋常小学校と高等小学校における手工科の展開過程を探った。その結果，（1）法令条文等における尋常小学校と高等小学校の加設科目の取り扱い及び設置の条件と手工科加設校の増減には，強い関連性が見られ，特に「土地ノ情況」に影響を受けることが判明した。（2）高等小学校の加設科目に関する法令改正は，改正のない尋常小学校にも波及することが示唆された。（3）改善を期待して法令改正し文部大臣が訓令を発しても，必ずしも法令が目的とするようには，教育現場や教育界が反応しない場合もあることが明らかになった。 |

| Abstract | 保育者志望学生を対象に，保育における地震防災に関する意識や子どもへの地震防災教育の実践に関する課題等について質問紙調査を行った。その結果，実習経験の有無に関わらず，保育職に就く前に地震防災について理解しておく必要性について強く認識している傾向があることが分かった。また，実習経験の有無で差異が生じる意識もあることが確認できた。地震防災教育を実践する上での教育内容や自身の課題については，実習経験のない学生は，一般論的な内容で具体性に欠け，幅広い視点で防災教育を捉えていることが分かった。一方，実習経験のある学生は，保育現場の状況や子どもの発達過程を考慮した保育者としての視点や願いの表れた課題を持っている傾向があることが示唆された。 |

| Abstract | 本稿では，子供が聾・難聴と診断され，その後に自閉症の診断が追加された体験を持つ親を調査対象とした先行研究を分析し，自閉症診断依頼に至るまでの親の葛藤がどのようなものであるかについて，「肯定的矛盾と否定的矛盾の共立」概念を用いて考察した。結果，２つのテーマと７つのサブテーマが「肯定的矛盾」体験を表すものとして抽出されたが，その中に潜在している否定的矛盾を捉えることこそ，診断過程を親と共に歩む教師には必要であることを述べた。 |

| Abstract | ０～２歳児対象保育施設において，カリキュラム・マネジメントの実現可能な，保育目標の明確化から保育の全体的な計画及び年間指導計画の作成までを一度に効率的に行うためには，次の事項を遂行する必要があるといえる。⑴園の保育実践に関する累積資料から保育の全体的な計画及び年間指導計画を作成する，⑵保育のねらい・内容に関する国の基準を実現できる見通しを得る，⑶不足している保育内容の内で当面着手する必要のある事柄を明確にする，⑷作成された全年間指導計画と当面着手する事柄を踏まえて，食育・保健・安全の年間計画を作成する，⑸教育基本法の観点から，明確化された保育目標を検討し，修正が必要な場合修正する。本研究では，これらの事項を遂行できる研究者の協働手順を，０～２歳児対象保育施設Ａでのアクションリサーチを通して定式化している。 |
