日本の国立大学における初修外国語としての 韓国語教育の現状 —ウェブ公開のシラバスからの考察—

Abstract 本稿は、日本の国立大学における初修外国語としての韓国語教育の現状について、各大学の教養課程シラバスを調査・考察したものである。開口状況に関しては、文部省のデータを用いて、公立・私立大学との比較やほかの初修外国語との比較を行い、初年次授業のみならず、2年次以降の開講状況についても調査した。さらに、科目名や週あたりの授業回数、使用教材を調べ、先行研究とのデータとの比較、分析を試みた。授業目標については、言語機能や場面・タスク、検定試験、学習内容、学習活動、異文化理解に関わる記述に分類し、CEFRや国際通訳韓国語教育標準模型（4段階開発分）、韓国語能力試験(TOPIK)、そしてハングル能力検定試験の評価基準との比較を行った。

Abstract 本稿では、明治16年刊『再刊交隣須知』（再刊本）と、この再刊本を底本に約20年後に刊行された明治37年刊『校訂交隣須知』における見出し語と韓国語文の対応関係を分析して示している。明治前期の再刊本では部門配列（66個）が増補本系交隣須知の体制と同じであるが、明治後期の構成本では再刊本の部門や見出し語を整理して、59部門になり、再刊本の3012項目に対して校訂本には2801項目になっている。再刊本の2758項目と校正本の2761項目が対応するが、2361項目は大きな変化は見られない。また、再刊本と校正本の各項目間の対応表や見出し語感じが異なる項目などを付録で提示した。

Abstract 本論文は中国語学習者のために制作された初級段階別読み物（GR）が多読活動を行う上で日本人学習者に適しているのか、また適した読み物はどのような特徴があるのか探ったものである。本研究では現在出版されている中国語GRの中でも初級者用の比較的多読活動に適していると思われるGRを取り上げ、これらのGRに用いられている語彙や文法項目が初級学習者のレベルに適切か考察し、されあに１年間の中国語学習を終えた学生を被験者と死、これらのGRの理解度を図った。分析の結果、中国語GRには多くの未習語彙が用いられているが、これらが学習者の理解度には影響を与えないということが分かった。また理解度が高いGRは学習者がイラストを手掛かりに未習語彙の意味を理解しているということが分かった。

Abstract 本論では，保育者志望学生が，保育内容「環境」の授業実施前に抱く環境概念の特徴と課題を明らかにすることを試みた。具体的には，保育者養成校において，保育内容「環境」の授業前の環境概念を捉えるため，文章完成法（SCT）を用いて記述データを収集した。記述データには主にテキストマイニングを援用した量的分析，及び質的分析を行った。また，現職保育者の環境概念との比較により，学生の特徴を検討した。その結果，「環境に関わる保育者の役割の捉え」「環境の統制可能性の捉え」「環境の基本的な位置付け」において，保育者志望学生と現職保育者との間に相違が示唆された。これらを踏まえて，今後の可能性と課題を若干述べた。

Abstract In the study, the actual evaporation was estimated in the Asahi River, the Takahashi River, and the Yoshii River basins in Okayama prefecture for four years from January 1999 to December 2002. The Morton method and the modified Brutsaert and Stricker (B & S) method were applied to the three river basins to estimate the actual evapotranspiration and compare the two methods.
As a result, the actual evapotranspiration by the Morton method was all almost equal to that by the Penman’s potential evapotranspiration, and the evapotranspiration was overestimated rather than the actual evapotranspiration. The actual evapotranspiration by the modified B & S method was below the Penman’s potential evapotranspiration throughout the year, and the total annual amount was about 80% of the potential evapotranspiration. In addition, the modified B & S method showed the general tendency that the actual evapotranspiration was lower in urban area than in the hilly and mountainous areas.

Abstract 　近代日本の国民教育とそれを支える教師の養成教育は，日本に独自的であり，同時に世界的動向の影響のなかに展開されるものであった。日本の教育は，西洋の教育をどう摂取したのか。とりわけドイツの教育の影響について，その一断面を，明治期の地方の一小学校教師が所持したドイツ教育書の内容と，その読書の跡の分析を通じて明らかにする。この事例の検討から，国民教育の実践者としての教師が，ヘルバルト主義教育に接し，その日本的受容を果たしていたことを示す。

Abstract 　本論は，教員養成（師範教育）におけるジャーマン・インパクトという視角に留意しながら，各国が19-20世紀の国際関係のなかでどのように教員を養成したのかに関する比較発達史的に分析しようとする研究の一部をなす。帝政ロシアでは，クリミア戦争の敗北と国家財政の破綻を背景として，1850年代後半より，国家・社会の近代化に向けた取組が本格化した。そうした中，農奴解放に伴う初等学校網の拡大に対応するため，初等学校教員を養成する事業が政府主導で進められた。具体的には，主にプロイセンをモデルとして，教員セミナリア（1870年）と師範学校（1872年）が設立され，帝政ロシアの初等学校教員の養成に中心的な役割を担った。ただし，当時の初等学校教員の養成において，ヘルバルトの教育思想又はヘルバルト主義教育が，何らかの特別な位置づけがなされていたわけでなかった。

Abstract 　本稿では，教員養成の比較発達史研究の一環としてフランス第三共和政初期の初等教員養成にかかわる思想と制度に，同時期のドイツ（プロイセン）から如何なる影響関係が見られたか，個別事例的に検討した。その結果，第三共和政初期における教育改革のキー・パースンとなる人物を通して，ドイツを含む近隣諸国から試補教員制度が導入・実施されたことが確認された。また，同時期の教員用マニュアルや教員志願者用テキスト（教育学）は同じキー・パースンが紹介した「直観的方法（直観教授）」を忠実に解説しており，この時点でフランスもまたペスタロッチ主義（開発主義）の強い影響を受けていたことが確認された。

Abstract スミスの主著のフルタイトルは『諸国民の富の性質と諸原因の研究』であり，かれが富の諸原因の考察を自著の中心主題としていたことは明らかである。しかしスミスが何を富の原因と考えたか，そもそも富の原因がいくつあると考えたかについては，これまで十分に明確にされていない。本稿は『国富論』の母体となった『法学講義』（Bノート）の行政論と『国富論』の理論構成を比較考察することを通じて，『法学講義』行政論で論じられている富裕の５原因が『国富論』第１～５編の各編に継承されたことを明らかにする。

遺伝子比較解析による珪藻類特異的なSET ドメインタンパク質ファミリーの同定

Abstract 　The silica cell walls of diatoms, which exhibit species-spe-cific micro- and nano- patterned structures are promising candidates for applications in nanotechnology. Previous studies revealed a number of silica cell wall-associated proteins involved in silica formation. However, molecular biological analyses toward understanding of diatom cell wall formation have been mostly limited to model diatom species and general silica formation process in diatoms is still incompletely understood. In this study, to gain a compre-hensive insight into diatom silica biomineralization, tran-scriptome data of three diatom species, Nitzschia palea, Achnanthes kuwaitensis and Pseudoleyanella lunata, were newly developed. The reads obtained from RNA sequencing were assembled into 31,946, 60,767 and 38,314 unique transcripts for N. palea, A. kuwaitensis and P. lunata, respectively. In order to identify the diatom-specific genes, three transcriptome data sets developed in this study and the protein-coding gene sets of five genome-sequenced diatoms were compared. The proteins shared only by eight diatom species that are predicted to possess an endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-targeting signal peptide were selected for further analyses. These include proteins showing homology to silicanin-1, a recently reported diatom-specific protein involved in silica formation, as well as a number of SET domain proteins. The SET domain proteins might be novel diatom-specific family of methyltransferases that may reg-ulate the function of silica formation related proteins or long chain polyamines. The genes encoding the diatom-specific SET domain proteins identified in this study, which were shown to respond to silicon were suggested to be implicated in silica biomineralization.

Abstract 　本研究は，日中の国際理解教育の歴史的展開と動向を明らかにした上で，現行の国際理解教育に関する政策を比較・分析することによって，日中の国際理解教育が国の社会的状況からいかなる影響を受け，現在どのように展開しているかを明らかにしようとするものである。その際，日本の場合には，現行の学習指導要領の「総合的な学習・探究の時間編」を手がかりとし，中国の場合には，現行の2017年版の「中小学総合実践活动指導綱要」を手がかりとする。分析の結果，以下のことが明らかになった。１）歴史から見れば，両国における国際理解教育の発展は自国の国情に応じた理念を模索する時期を含み，その後，グローバル化が進展する現在，グローバル社会が直面している諸問題と自国の状況をふまえて，独自の国際理解教育を行うことが要求されていること。２）日本における『総合的な学習・探究の時間』に比べると中国における『総合実践活動』は，国民意識育成に重点をおき国際理解教育が行われていること。
