Abstract 　本研究では、東南アジアから留学している留学生15人を対象として「なぜ日本に留学したのか？」、半構造化インタビューにより情報を収集した。その結果、(i) 留学生の日本に対するイメージ、(ii) 保護者の日本に対するイメージ、(iii) 奨学金の機会、(iv) 私費留学が可能な学費・生活費レベル、(v) 出身国コミュニティーの有無、が重要であることが分かった。これらの情報やイメージの一部は、(1) 留学先での満足度、(2) 日本人との交流機会、(3) 生活のしやすさ、(4) 留学生の日本語レベル、(5) 日本文化に対する理解等によって形成され、ロコミやインターネットを通じて強化されることが推測された。よって、上記の項目に着目し、留学生の満足度等を向上させるための環境づくりを支援していくことが、日本留学に対するプラスのイメージを作り、東南アジアからの留学生増につながっていくと考えられた。

Abstract 　様々なセクシュアルマイノリティと発達障害のADHD（Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder）との関連を明らかにするため， WEB調査を行った。18歳以上の成人を対象とし，11,018人（平均年39.47歳）から回答を得た。ADHDを測る質問紙は「成人期ADHD検査（A-ADHD）」を使用した。セクシュアルマイノリティごとに， ADHD得点と下位尺度「不注意」「多動性」「衝動性」得点についてt検定，カットオフ54点以上の人数についてx2検定を行った。全てのセクシュアルマイノリティで有意にADHDと下位尺度得点が高く，カットオフ得点以上の人数も有意に多かった。なおトランスウーマンとトランスマンでADHD得点や人数に有意な差は見られなかった。以上から，セクシュアルマイノリティとADHDは密接に関係している事が明らかとなった。

Multinational M&A in Upstream Industry and Organizational Change

Abstract 　This study explores the boundary response of domestic firms faced with increased openness to new foreign multinational M&A in an intermediate-input market in a host country. We develop a theoretical framework to study the impact of new foreign multinational M&A on the wholesale price of intermediate inputs as a key market condition in the host country and explore how the intermediate-input prices affect the organizational choice of domestic firms between domestic vertical integration and outsourcing. We find that new foreign multinational M&A raises the intermediate-input prices and facilitates the firms’ choice of domestic vertical integration.

Abstract 　地方に位置する多くの自治体においては，従来からある事業所の活性化や新規事業所の誕生に加えて，製造工場の誘致は地域振興にとっていまも重要な政策となっている。今日，高度経済成長期における重厚長大型の産業の誘致とは異なり，地域優位性をできるだけ活用した企業誘致の傾向になっている。雇用創出効果は昔に比べて小さくなっているとはいえ，製造業の多くにおいて，地域の基盤産業としての位置づけは残っている。第1期の地方創生の期間で，どのような地域において，どのような製造工場が消失，撤退や出現，存続しているのかを識別し，それらの要因を分析する。
　2014年と2019年の事業所の比較において，付加価値生産性の平均と分布を見ると2014年，2019年ともに存在する事業所の労働生産性が最も高い。次いで高いのが2019年に存在する事業所で，最も低かったのが2014年には存在したが2019年には存在していない事業所であった。またロジット分析の結果から，生産性が高く事業所規模が大きいと消滅しない傾向があり，また都市化の程度が高いと消滅傾向にあることが推定された。他方，発生した製造事業所について，産業別に同業種集積と人口規模で測った都市集積を説明変数とした市町村単位の回帰分析からは正の効果が示された。

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to examine, using quarterly financial data, how the market reaction to earnings announcements in each market segment （prime market segment, standard market segment, and growth market segment） has changed after the revision of market segmentation at the Tokyo Stock Exchange. For the research design, the abnormal volume and residual returns for the 12 quarters around April 1, 2022, when the market segmentation was changed, were calculated using the analysis method of Beaver et al. ［2020］. The results of the analysis suggest that volume is significantly affected by changes in market segmentation. In addition, for the group of stocks in the growth market, there appears to have been some change in the trend of stock price fluctuations after the market segmentation revision.
