Abstract	本稿はValue in Action Inventory of Strengths（Peterson & Seligman, 2004）の簡易版であるCharacter Strengths Rating Form（CSRF；Ruch, Martínez-Martí, Proyer, & Harzer,2014）を日本語・中国語に翻訳したものである。VIA-ISは人の幸福につながる特性を網羅的に示したもので，６領域24 種類のcharacter strengthsそれぞれに10項目，総計240項目で構成された尺度である。筆者達はこの総数の多さがcharacter strengths研究の発展に関して一種の障害になっていると考えた。この点，Ruchらが開発したCSRFは24 項目しかないため大規模の研究や縦断研究に利用することが期待できる。他方でこの簡易版の各項目の問いはとても長く，その中に西洋文化や哲学的内容に関わる用語が多く含まれており，わかりやすく正確に翻訳することは簡単ではない。そこで本稿では，これを丁寧に日本語・中国語へ翻訳した。これを用いることで，大規模調査だけでなく，国際比較研究や東洋文化をcharacter strengthsの観点で記述する研究の展開が期待できる。

Abstract	本研究では，2016 年公表の中央教育審議会答申に基づいて，現在の幼稚園，保育所，認定こども園におけるカリキュラム・マネジメントの特徴を明らかにした上で，それらにおいて必要とされるカリキュラム・マネジメント研修について考察している。まず，保育者に，所属保育施設の保育の全体的計画において，保育の目標・ねらい・内容の連関性が確保できていないことや国のカリキュラム基準に示される保育の内容のすべてが含まれていることを保証できていないことを認識できる研修が必要である。次に，体験的に，本格的なカリキュラム・マネジメントの具体的実現手順を理解する研修が必要である。さらに，職員をその研修全体を自律的に行うことのできる人材に育成する研修が必要である。

Abstract	本稿では，音楽授業において，「指揮者が歌うこと」が，教師の指揮表現や生徒の歌唱にどのような変化をもたらすのか検討した。このために，教育学部の合唱授業で，学生３名を学生指揮者として合唱を２回実施し，１回目の合唱終了後，指揮者に対して歌唱レッスンを行った。歌唱レッスンをする前と後の指揮表現に対して，合唱者と指揮者にアンケート調査を行い，指揮者の歌唱が指揮表現及び合唱者に及ぼす効果と影響について考察した。その結果，「指揮者が歌うこと」によって，指揮や合唱で以下のような変化をもたらすことが示された。①自然に，手の動き，口元，表情等，身体全体の動きによる指揮が生まれること。②指揮者の意図する音楽的な表現がより的確に伝わること。③合唱者が音楽の流れに乗りやすくなり，楽しさをより一層感じるようになること。これらのことから，教師は音楽授業の中で自らが歌い，児童生徒たちと歌を共有することで，自然で歌いやすい指揮が生まれ，それにより児童や生徒たちから一層豊かな音楽表現を引き出すことが期待できる。

Abstract	近年，わが国の企業ではデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）の推進を背景に，多様なデジタルツールが職場に導入されている。本研究では，職務遂行チームでデジタルツールを使用して交わされるバーチャルな相互作用に対し，課題特性が及ぼす影響を探索的に検討した。既往知見に基づき，バーチャル性認知（バーチャルな相互作用の指標）や課題特性などに関する質問項目を作成した。Web調査で収集した大都市部の企業に勤務する正社員360 名の回答を分析した結果，課題特性の影響は企業規模に応じて異なる傾向を示した。中小規模の企業では，「相互依存性」や「自律性」の課題特性が相互作用の活性化へ直接的に作用していた。一方，大規模の企業では，「多様性」や「自律性」の課題特性は、デジタルツールの使用が相互作用の活性化をもたらすための限定条件として機能することが示唆された。

Abstract	In this study, a qualitative analysis, Trajectory Equifinality Modeling (TEM), was used to highlight the transformation process of the research awareness of four former doctoral students. The doctoral programs to which the students formerly belonged train researchers and professional educators who are capable of research and practice. The authors describe the trajectory of the students advancing to their respective Equifinality Points through various experiences and possibilities despite fluxes in their research awareness. Citing the TEM diagrams drawn, the authors discuss: 1. The existence of change in the research environment and the reality of the adaptation process. 2. The existence of a period of exploration as a practicing researcher. 3. The meaning of the Obligatory Passage Points for students in doctoral programs in education. Closing the article, the authors examine future issues.

Abstract	本論では，天然素材（植物染料）の藍を園内で子どもが栽培する活動や，藍染めの驚きや感動，面白さを味わいながら制作物を生活に取り入れる保育実践を行うとともに，その教育的な意義や価値を検討した。その結果，子ども自らが藍を育て，育てた藍葉を用いた藍染め活動を行うことは，領域「環境」や，「幼児期の終わりまでに育ってほしい姿」の「自然との関わり・生命尊重」の観点から見て，子どもにいくつもの感動や学びを与え，保育の教材として大きな価値を持つと考えられた。今後も，草木染めの中でも，藍染めにしかない魅力や特性に着目した保育実践の意義について検討し，保育現場に発信していきたい。

Abstract	国語教育学研究における話し合い指導は，現実的な制約から教室内の関係の中で展開されるものにとどまっていた。その結果，公的な関係での話し合いの場が設定されにくい現状にあった。しかしながら，ICTの活用を通して学校間を繋ぐことによって，関係性の築き上げられていない関係での話し合いの場の設定が可能になる。そこで，ICTの活用による文字化資料の作成の効率化などの利点も取り入れながら，実際に県を跨いで高等学校間を接続し，話し合いを行うとともに，その話し合いの対象化を行う実践を開発，展開した。結果，学習者は学校間の接続に肯定的な評価を示すとともに，方法知の獲得の土台となるであろう認識を獲得したことを明らかにした。

Abstract	In recent years, many countries including Japan have been advancing into super-aging society. This trend raises people̓s interest　in health and longevity. In order to promote healthy longevity, it is recognized as useful measures to pay attention to “traditional medicine and complementary/alternative medicine” that cover not only illness treatment but also illness prevention, mental care, health maintenance, and human natural healing power. In this paper, we summarize the history and development of the theory of Mongolian traditional medicine in the Inner Mongolia to examine how it plays a role in clinical practice regarding health and longevity, and how it contributes to integrative medicine. In this context, patient-centered integrative medicine does not mean simple fusion of Mongolian traditional medicine with modern medicine. The characteristics of Mongolian traditional medicine would be combined with the characteristics of modern medicine, and altogether, the definition of each other̓s contribution may lead to the development of integrative medicine.

Abstract	本研究では，高校生における男女共同参画に関する意識を家庭と社会生活を中心に明らかにすることを目的とし質問紙調査を行い分析した。社会全体において男女の地位が平等であると認識する高校生は2 割で，7 割の高校生は男性が優遇されていると認識している。性別分業を半数以上の高校生が支持する一方で，家庭や社会生活の営みでは性別に関わらず平等に関わることを望む高校生が圧倒的に多い。将来のパートナーには家事・育児遂行意識と能力，自分の仕事に対する理解を求めながら，女子はパートナーの収入や職業を，男子はパートナーの家事・育児能力をより求めている。高校生は男女共同参画の関連学習の必要性を認識し，適当であると考える学習時期は内容により小学生から高校生まで多岐に選んでいる。本研究では，高校生が性別分業を支持する一方で，家庭や社会生活における男女共同参画を望むなど，変化を望みつつも現状を受け入れている様子や，学習者の発達段階を考慮しながら男女共同参画について体系的に学ぶことができるように教育機会を提供する必要があることが明らかになった。

Abstract	中学校２年生の1 学級を対象とし，生徒にとって担任教師が望む「要請」がどのようなものであると映っているのか，そしてそこに介在する学級適応感の影響を明らかにすることを目的とし，KH coderを用いて，生徒の自由記述を基に検討を行った。学級全体としては，生徒に認識されている要請の数は限られており，多くは教師役割に付随するものとなっていたが，当該担任教師に特有の要請もいくつか見出された。さらに学級適応感のレベル別に検討を行った結果，低群は教師の要請についての具体的な認識に欠け「わからない」との回答が顕著であったが，高群においては学習をメインとした多様な要請を認知している様子が示され，学級適応感のレベルが生徒の要請認知の様相と関連している様子が示された。

Abstract	本研究では，学校の教師を対象に心理的安全性とそれを阻害する対人関係リスク（率直な発言や意見表明に伴う不安）の実態を把握し，両者の関連について実証的に検討した。Web調査会社の登録モニタから公立学校の常勤教諭を抽出し，インターネットを通じた調査により783 名から有効回答が得られた（小学校338 名，中学校244 名，高等学校201 名）。相関分析により，心理的安全性と対人関係リスクの間には，予測通りの負の関連が確認された。詳細を吟味するために重回帰分析を行ったところ，「無知」「ネガティブ」「邪魔をする人」だと思われる不安が，心理的安全性を阻害することが示唆された。さらに学校種別の分析から，小学校では「邪魔をする人」だと思われる不安，中学校・高等学校では「ネガティブ」だと思われる不安が，心理的安全性を阻害する主要な対人関係リスクであることが示唆された。
