Abstract | In order for companies to innovate through business co-creation, it is necessary to explore a wide range of external knowledge and technologies. However, there is no clear answer as to how much time should be spent for exploration. Under these circumstances, companies must take into account constraints such as the amount of management resources that can be invested, and make decisions about the time to spend for exploration. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the process of how companies that have introduced corporate accelerator program recognize the relationship between the program period and the results of business co-creation, and how they make decisions about the program period. We conducted a case study of several companies that have introduced corporate accelerator program in Japan. In addition, this paper established a hypothesis about decision-making about the time for exploration from case studies. |

Abstract | 本稿では,「和楽器音楽及び教育の拠点づくりの実践研究」の一環として開催した「おかやま国際和楽器学生フェスティバル」の取り組みについて,その概要を報告するとともに,外的評価として「おかやま国際和楽器学生フェスティバルコンサート」終演後に実施した一般来場者対象の質問紙調査及びフェスティバルを参観した岡山県内の学校関係者対象の質問紙調査を取り上げ,意義と課題について検討した。 その結果,第一に音楽を通じた世代間や国際交流の喜びを感じ,和楽器の伝承と教育の重要性を強く意識する機会となったこと,第二に,和楽器が様々な国籍・年齢の学生に受容されていることを,来場者が客観視することで,自文化の価値の再認識につながったこと,第三に,フェスティバル全体としては,ワークショップが充実しており,様々な国籍・年齢の学生が同じステージで演奏する姿に対する評価が得られた点が明らかとなった。 |

Abstract | 本研究は,地域社会とグローバルをつなぐ和楽器音楽次世代育成の実践研究の一環として実施した「おかやま国際和楽器学生フェスティバル」について,「異文化間能力」育成の視点からその可能性について検討したものである。 国内の学生については,①和楽器を介した繋がり/音楽的な協働,②演奏の質に関する違いの認識,③ 海外の和楽器演奏者に対する認識の3点が,海外の学生については,①表現スタイルや技術に関する違いの認識,②和楽器音楽の本質の理解,③演奏者としての学びと成長に対する意識の3点が,特徴として示された。「異文化間能力」の視点からは,国内外共に「文化的多様性」と「絶対的正統性の緩和」についての認識が認められ,柔軟で且つ寛容な和楽器との向き合い方が形成されていたことが明らかとなった。また「共感・協働のスキル」については,特に国内の学生に多く認められる結果となった。 |

Abstract | 本論は,幼稚園4歳児学級における草花を使った遊びにおいて,教師の役割を整理し,考察するものである。幼児教育では,遊びの展開に伴って,調和的で多様な学びが深化・発展し,遊びや学びは,幼児主体で偶発的に生じているように見える。しかし,遊びの展開や学びの背景には,「幼児の姿を予想した環境構成」「遊び方の変化に合わせた物的環境の整備」「遊びの発展への架け橋」といった教師の役割が見出された。 |

Abstract | Oita prefecture is located in northeastern part of Kyushu Island which is characterized by active subduction of the Philippine Sea plate (PHS) beneath the Eurasian plate and several active volcanoes along with the volcanic front. Oita area has frequently been damaged by large earthquakes and tsunamis since ancient times. From the point of view of disaster prevention, it is important to investigate the feasibility of strong ground motion prediction using realistic structural models. In this paper we use a land-ocean unified 3D (three-dimensional) structure model around Oita prefecture, which includes land and sea-floor topography and a seawater layer as well as subsurface structures of the arc side and the PHS slab to conduct the FDM (finite-difference method) simulations of strong ground motion in land and ocean areas for the 2015 Southern Oita, Japan, earthquake (MJMA5.7) whose hypocenter is located in the PHS slab. The simulated long-period (2–20 s) ground motions reproducing observed records demonstrate substantial contributions of thick low-velocity sediment layers in and around Beppu Bay and Oita basin to development of the motions. We also examine the topographic effects on the seismic motion by analyzing the simulation results to show the strong enhancement of the later phases. |

Abstract | 本論は,幼児造形教育における形の学びとは何かについて,見立てによる形の学び,平面における形の学び,立体における形の学び,の3つの視点から考察した。その結果,以下のことが明らかになった。(1)見立て遊びの中で,幼児が感じる形の面白さや形に対する造形的な学びは何かを解明する必要がある。(2)保育技術としては,幼児の「何々みたい」という発話を大切に受け止めながら,形に対する興味関心を引き出す保育者の言葉掛けが重要である。(3)幼児が,粘土や積み木やブロック等によって,形は与えられるだけでなく,形作ることができる,ということに能動的に気付くような環境設定が必要である。 |

Abstract | 本研究の目的は,小学校の体育研究主任研究会において課題分析をする際に,教師がどのような合意形成パターンを取りながらコミュニケーションしていくのかを明らかにすることである.「コンセンサス」と「アコモデーション」という2つの「合意形成」概念を視点に会話分析した結果,6個の合意形成パターンを抽出することができた.「コンセンサス」をめぐる合意形成では,「単語の共有」,「言い換えによる納得」が抽出され,「アコモデーション」をめぐる合意形成では,「実体験への共感」,「概念をめぐる差異の許容」,「つぶやきの強化」,「視点の転換」が抽出された.これらの概念を合意される内容(「コンセンサス」,「アコモデーション」)を縦軸,話題への参加構造(「単線的」,「複線的」)を横軸にとる合意形成パターン構造に整理した.このことにより,教員研修内の発話がどのようになされているのかを認識する枠組みを提示することができた. |

Abstract | 本論は,幼児の描画活動におけるキャラクター表現と図形模写能力の関連性について考察する。そこで,キャラクター表現の有無が,図形模写能力に与える影響を明らかにするため,①キャラクター表現を行う幼児,②キャラクターは描かないが一般的な描画を行う幼児,③自発的に描画活動を行わない幼児,の3群に分け図形模写能力を比較検討した。その結果,キャラクター表現をする幼児も,一般的な描画をする幼児と同水準の図形模写能力を有していることが,明らかになった。このことから,キャラクター表現は,一般の描画表現と同様に,描画経験の蓄積となる表現形式の1つになり得ると考えられる。 |
