| Abstract | 本研究では，学校ぐるみで協同学習の取り組みを進めている小学校の3年生児童を対象として，協同学習の下地づくりを行うことをめざしたピア・サポートトレーニングを実施し，聞き方スキル，援助要請行動，サポート入手可能性，サポート提供可能性，攻撃性の観点からその効果を検討することを目的としていた。トレーニングの前後とフォローアップの3時点での効果測定について分析を行った結果，サポート入手可能性においてはトレーニングの効果を示唆する変化がみられた。一方，攻撃性においては，トレーニングによって攻撃性が上昇していることが示され，トレーニングに参加した児童について，イライラ感情や攻撃性への気づきを高めることはできたものの，対処方法の習得，活用，定着までには至らなかったと解釈された。トレーニングの回数，実施期間，およびトレーニング内容の般化に関して改善することで，より明確な効果が得られると考えられる。 |

| Abstract | クリエイティブ・ラーニング・スパイラルに基づいたワークショップが子どもの創造性・情報モラルに与える効果について検討した。ワークショップに参加する群 (介入群) とゲームで遊ぶ群(統制群) の2群間で比較した結果，アイデアの産出数と情報モラルに関する記述数の差は有意ではなかった。また，クリエイティブ・ラーニング・スパイラルの各段階の行動に対する自己効力感を調べた結果，介入群の自己効力感は有意に上昇していた。さらに，クリエイティブ・ラーニング・スパイラルに基づいた創造性を育む方法について考察し，子ども間の自由な関わり合いが必要であることを示唆した。 |

| Abstract | 子どものいざこざは一般的には起こらないほうがよいと考えられている。他方で，子どもの社会性の発達を促すポジティブな面も指摘されている。本研究では小学校におけるいざこざの実態を調べ，有効な教師の介入解決方略を明らかにすることを目的とした。研究1では，教育実習を終えた大学生126名に質問紙調査を実施し，いざこざの内容を分類した結果，7種が見出された。研究2では，小学校の学級担任93名に，7種のいざこざ場面のシナリオを提示し，どのような介入解決方略をとるか尋ねた結果，ミディエーション（双方の子どもから話を聴き，子どもから解決策を引き出す方略）が，7つのうち5つの場面で最も多くとられていた。研究3では，経験豊富な管理職39名に，より解決が難しい3場面での介入解決方略について尋ねたところ，全ての場面でミディエーションが最も多かった。以上の結果から，小学校における教師のミディエーションの有効性について論じた。 |

| Abstract | This study is a part of the activity to develop an interdisciplinary lesson plan for high school students on the climate environment around Japan and the "seasonal feeling". This time, we focused our attention to the asymmetric seasonal march from autumn to the next spring as proposed by Kato et al. (2013). Comparison of the climate between early winter and early spring was made in the class not only on that around the Japan but also on the relation to the larger-scale systems such as the Siberian air mass, including the brief data analysis. The students also compared the detailed "seasonal feeling" between the two seasons expressed in the school songs and the Japanese classic poems called "Wa-Ka". This paper reports the contents and results of this joint activity at the two high schools. |

| Abstract | 本研究では，中学1年生を対象として，「小学校訪問」をピア・サポート活動として位置付けたピア・サポートプログラムを実施し，社会的スキルおよび自己有用感の観点からその効果を検討することを目的としていた。質問紙による効果測定を行い，分析の結果，社会的スキルおよび自己有用感のいずれにおいても，ピア・サポートプログラムの前後，および，ピア・サポートトレーニングとピア・サポート活動の前後で，統計的に有意な上昇が示された。また，事前の社会的スキルと自己有用感の評定値が比較的低めの生徒においてのみ，ピア・サポートトレーニングの前後で上昇的変化が生じたことから，ピア・サポートトレーニングからピア・サポート活動へと移行するピア・サポートプログラムの形式は，社会的スキルと自己有用感の低めな生徒にとっては特に有用であると考えられた。 |

| Abstract | 本研究では，小学６年生97 名（男子44 名，女子53 名）を対象に，中学校生活に対する期待と不安について，質問紙による調査と小学校訪問の効果の検討を行った。調査に参加した児童は同一の中学校区にある３つの小学校に在籍する子どもたちで，３つの小学校のうち，１校は中学校に隣接しており，他の２校は中学校から離れた場所にある小規模校であった。分析の観点としては，中学校生活に対する期待と不安に関して，⑴規模や環境の異なる小学校間の差と性差の検討，⑵期待と不安のタイプ分類，⑶中学１年生による小学校訪問の効果の検討をとりあげた。分析の結果，性差およびタイプ分類における男女比率の違いなどが示された。規模や環境の異なる小学校間の差，および小学校訪問の効果については，方法を改善してさらなる検討を重ねていくことが必要であると考えられた。 |

| Abstract | 本研究では，病気の子どものための「合理的配慮」に対する教員の意識の傾向を把握し，インクルーシブ教育の展開に向けた課題を明らかにすることを目的とした。２つの研修会（2016 年８月）に参加した小・中学校および特別支援学校の教員（n = 127）を対象に，①新たな動向の把握状況（障害者権利条約および医療的ケア通知，２件法），②「合理的配慮」に関する「基本理念」（２項目），「教育内容・方法」（５項目），「支援体制」（５項目）に対する意識（４件法）について質問紙調査を実施した。結果，近年の動向に関する情報は浸透しつつあるが，小学校を中心に未だ十分ではなかった。また，「合理的配慮」の提供に関しては，全体的に中学校における平均値が比較的に低い状況があった。年齢および勤務年数についても，「本人の病状理解に基づく生活指導」および「急な病状の変化への対応」に対して，若く，経験が少ない教員の平均値が低いことが明らかになった。中学校における組織的な支援体制の構築に期 |

| Abstract | 本研究では，小学校４年生を対象に，仲間による対立解消スキルに焦点を当てたピア・サポート・トレーニング（計10回）を約半年間にわたって実施し，その効果の検討を行った。対象となった児童は各学年単学級の小規模校に在籍しており，対人関係の固定化が課題視されていた。社会性，対立解消スキル，サポート入手可能性，サポート提供可能性，学級への適応感について，ピア・サポート・トレーニングの前後でどのような変化がみられるかとの観点からトレーニングの効果を検討した結果，社会性と対立解消スキルにおいて統計的に有意な平均値の上昇がみられた。また，各変数のトレーニング前の測定値により高群・低群別に変化を検討したところ，下位群においてはすべての変数について上昇が確認された。このことから，特に実施前の測定値の低い参加者にとって効果が大きいことが示された。 |

| Abstract | 職場体験学習の効果をより高めるための一つの方法として，事前に対人スキルやコミュニケーションスキルを身に付けるための学習を行っておくことが必要であると考え，職場体験学習の事前学習において，3回のソーシャルスキルトレーニングと異年齢交流活動を実施した。事前学習が始まる前の職場体験学習に対する期待と不安を変量としたケースのクラスタ分析により，3つのクラスタが得られた。第1クラスタは期待が低く，不安は中程度あるクラスタと考えられる（n=21）。第２クラスタは期待が高く，不安が低いクラスタと考えられる（n=20）。第3クラスタは期待と不安の双方が高いクラスタと考えられ，全体の約半数がこのクラスタに属していた（n=41）。ソーシャルスキルトレーニングの実践を通して，第3クラスタの不安の減少が有意にみられた。 |

| Abstract | A predictive marker of the rapid progression to hepatic failure is desired for patients with asymptomatic primary biliary cirrhosis (aPBC). We performed a systematic cohort analysis of 101 patients diagnosed as having aPBC and the rapid progression to liver failure in some, by focusing on cholestasis. Cholestasis was assessed by aberrant keratin7 (K-7) expressions in the patientsʼ hepatocytes. Intralobular expressions of K-7 were found in 9 of the 101 patients. The grades of K-7 expression were significantly associated with the levels of alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, and total bilirubin at the time of diagnosis, but not with bile duct loss or cholestasis. Stepwise logistic regression analysis revealed that high grades of K-7 expression correlated positively with high levels of total bilirubin. During the follow-up period, 8 patients developed jaundice, and the mean period until the development of jaundice was 5.2 years. The proportional hazards models for the risk of developing jaundice identified a high grade of aberrant K-7 expression in hepatocytes as the only significant risk factor. Aberrant K-7 expression in hepatocytes can be used as an additional marker to predict rapid progression to liver failure in patients with aPBC at the time of diagnosis. |

| Abstract | Appendicitis is a benign disease for which surgical treatment is widely provided. The complication of neoplastic lesions may be discovered only after resection. However, in some cases, specimens are not submitted to histopathological examination in Japan because of an extreme deficiency of pathologists. We report our experience with one patient who experienced the complication of latent low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm (LAMN) after surgery for appendicitis. Our patient was an 85-year-old woman. Conservative treatment failed to relieve fever and lower abdominal pain and it was decided to treat her surgically. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) showed appendicitis with severe inflammation and suspected adhesion. We decided to explore the abdominal cavity using a reduced-port laparoscopic approach. We found no mucous debouchment or clear tumors in the specimen. Histopathological findings indicated the coexistence of appendicitis and LAMN. At one year and a half after surgery, there was no evidence of the development of pseudomyxoma peritonei. In appendectomy, it is thought that careful perioperative treatment and a postoperative pathological search are important when there are no preoperative findings suggesting a neoplastic lesion. |
