| Abstract | 聴覚障害児を取り巻く状況は大きく変化してきているが，依然として諸課題の克服がなされているとは言い難い。その一つが「社会性と情緒の発達」である。「きこえない」がために，言語発達が遅れ，コミュニケーション障害をもたらし，さらに心理的問題等を生じるという深刻な二次的，三次的障害を引き起こす恐れがある。教師や保護者は，聴児が苦も無く行う「偶発学習」を意図的，計画的に促す必要がある。また，保護者は，早期からコミュニケーションの困難さを克服する努力を開始し，子どもの心に寄り添いながら，「言語的過保護」の状態を避けつつ様々な情報を丁寧に伝えていく必要がある。教師は，これらを常に意識しながら聴覚障害児と保護者双方の支援にあたり，多様な方法から実態に合うコミュニケーション方法を選択して指導に取り組み，社会性や情緒，さらに生きる力を育む必要がある。 |

| Abstract | 本研究は，産業現場の安全を脅かす潜在的なリスクとしてチームワークの崩壊兆候に着目し，その特徴と高信頼性チーム（HRT）の機能，および組織環境要因との関連を実証的に検討した。安全活動への参加経験を持つ就業者357 名から得られたWeb 調査の回答を分析した。チームワークの崩壊兆候は「協調の失敗」と「修正の失敗」の2 因子に整理され，いずれもHRT 機能の発揮と負の関連を示した。また組織環境要因の安全風土やSafety Organizing は崩壊兆候の抑制に，学習のボトルネック認知はその増加に寄与していた。さらに，HRT 機能は個別よりも複合的に発揮されることで，チームの協働作業の円滑化・安定化に資する可能性が示唆された。 |

| Abstract | 社会問題についての熟議や意思決定，合意形成には当事者性が必要である。当事者性がなければ，皆が納得する答え，すなわち公共善を構築することはできない。しかし，当事者性を強調することがかえって生徒の「思考停止」を導くという批判もあり，当事者性を保障する以前に、当事者性そのものの概念を再考する必要がある。 そこで，本研究では，「思考停止」に至らない当事者性とはどのようなものか，先行研究をもとに再定義を行う。その定義を踏まえて、学習者に「当事者性」を保障する授業構成のあり方を考察し，地理歴史科「歴史総合」の小単元「紛争鉱物から考えるグローバル社会」の開発を行う。 |

| Abstract | 二分脊椎症のある子どもは、症状の個人差が大きく、肢体不自由特別支援学校だけでなく普通学級にも多く在籍している。本研究の目的は，二分脊椎症の病態に基づき、教育現場での支援の在り方について、先行研究の知見をまとめ、教育上の課題をあきらかにすることである。 二分脊椎症には、下肢の運動障害と感覚障害、排泄障害に加え、水頭症をはじめとした様々な合併症があることから、運動面、生活面、認知面において適切な支援を要する。さらに、思春期以降になると、脊髄係留による疼痛の出現や、歩行能力の低下に注意する必要がある。神経因性膀胱による排尿障害を合併する場合は、清潔間欠導尿を行う。学校生活を楽しいと肯定的に捉えていた子どもたちのほとんどは、清潔間欠導尿を介助無しあるいは一部の介助のみで排尿することができていた。このことから、担任は、身体的、認知的な支援と配慮に加え、多職種と密な連携を取りながら清潔間欠自己導尿を目指した自立活動の指導を進めることと、良好な友人関係を築くための支援を行うことが重要と思われた。 |

| Abstract | 情報通信技術の発展や新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大を契機として，組織におけるバーチャルチーム（virtual team; VT）の活用が広がっている。本稿では，VT に関する理論的・実証的知見を整理し，DX 時代におけるチームマネジメントの課題と今後の研究の方向性を検討した。まず，VT の概念定義とその中核をなすバーチャル性の構成要素（地理的分散，テクノロジーの使用など）を確認し，VT の効果性を説明する主要な理論モデルをレビューした。また，VT の構造に内在する「バーチャル性のパラドックス」に着目し，「柔軟性と構造化」や「独立と相互依存」など，相反する要求が同時に存在する持続的な緊張状態と，それに対応するための両立の発想に基づくマネジメントの重要性を考察した。 |
