| Abstract | 教師による賞賛が子どもの自尊感情および学校生活への適応に及ぼす影響について検討す るため，小学校５，６年生を対象に，教師からのほめられ経験，自尊感情，学習意欲，学校 生活享受感情の4 種を調査内容とする調査を行った。教師からのほめられ経験については， 学習領域および生活領域の２領域14 項目から成る尺度を新たに作成した。「教師からのほめ られ経験 → 自尊感情 → 学習意欲・学校生活享受感情」を基本的な影響過程とし，収集し たデータに共分散構造分析を適用した。その結果，比較的高い適合度が得られ，教師からの ほめられ経験は，子どもの自尊感情，学習意欲，学校生活享受感情に影響を及ぼすとともに， 自尊感情を媒介して学習意欲および学校生活享受感情に影響を及ぼすことが示唆された。た だし，ほめられ経験の自尊感情への影響に関しては男女差があり，女子においてその影響性 が強いことが示された。 |

| Abstract | 新任保育者の抱える職務上の困難感の内容を具体的に明らかにすることを目的として，新 任保育者146 名，中堅・ベテラン保育者325 名，園長22 名を対象に自記式質問紙調査を行った。 職務上の困難感について因子分析を行った結果，「保育の困難感」，「仕事の大変さ」，「人間 関係の困難感」，「職員間の理解不足」，「仕事のやり甲斐のなさ」，「業務負担」の６因子が抽 出された。中堅・ベテラン保育者と比較検討して新任保育者は，クラス経営が難しい，子ど もの怪我への対応の不安等の困難感をより強く感じていた。また，園長から見た新任保育者 の困難感は，新任保育者が感じているより低く，有意なギャップが見られた。以上より，新 任保育者は，周囲の認識以上に多面的な困難感を抱えていると考えられた。 |
