| Abstract | 本研究の目的は，探究ベースの概念型カリキュラムの開発手法に即して，中等教育段階における人権教育の単元開発を行うことである。国内外の人権教育の取組の成果を踏まえつつ，人権の抱えるアンビバレントな側面への省察を促しこれを理解することの重要性を提起した。そのために本研究は，国際バカロレアで用いられている，「概念型カリキュラムの指導」のうち，探究型の概念理解カリキュラムをデザイン原則に据えて，人権教育のカリキュラム開発を行った。分配，承認，同調，暴力，リスクという５つの主要概念からなる単元を開発し，その具体的な単元開発の成果をまとめた。
