Abstract 教科学習において生徒たちの非認知能力の向上を目的とした実践を行い、その形成過程の実証を試みた。本稿では理科教育実践に焦点を当てて、授業動画や選択式レベル別演習プリントによる個人の学習選択を基軸とした自立型学習に加えて子どもたちが教師役となることで他者との協働型学習も導入した学習形態で取り組んでいる。この学習形態は、生徒たちの非認知能力を向上させていくために必要となるメタ認知の促進が意図されている。そのため、毎時の授業では非認知能力の行動指標を基に、学びの行動レベルを自らで設定し学習を進めていくこととした。その際、学習時における動機づけ、向上させたい非認知能力に対する意識づけを行い、学習後のリフレクションを継続的に行った。この自立・協働型学習及び継続的なリフレクションによって生徒たちの非認知能力の向上が見られた。

Abstract 新型コロナウィルス感染症の影響を受け、新入生対象の必須科目「岡山大学入門講座」は、2020年度および2021年度ともにオンラインでの実施となった。本研究では、2020年度の経験から明らかになった課題をもとに、どのような改善策が効果的なのかを明らかにすることを試みた。学生側の主な課題は、①タイムマネジメントカの弱さ、②オンラインによる孤独感、③IT リテラシーの低さであった。これらに対応するため、2021年度は①週ごとに課題提出日を指定、②対面（ライブ）授業の導入、③より分かりやすいMoodleページの作成を行った。また、双方向感を強くするために、課題に対する早いフィードバック、学修が遅れている学生へのリマインド、素早い質間対応等を行った。その結果、授業評価アンケートの満足度が向上が見られた。

Abstract 外国人技能実習生に対する日本語教育の課題として、介護職以外はH本語能力の受け入れ条件がないこと、受け入れ機関によって日本語教育の時間数や内容が異なること、一般的な初級教材の使用が中心で、専門分野に特化した教材開発には至っていないこと等が挙げられる。本稿では技能の専門領域の中でも「農業分野」における教材閲発のニーズを分析するために、技能実習生を受け入れている企業において実習中のベトナム人技能実習生2人、インドネシア人3人技能実習生に予備調査としてアンケート調査およびインタビュー調査を行った結果を報告する。調査の結果、来H後2年以上を経た現在は、全員から仕事上で日本語が理解できず困ることはあまりないが、渡H帥に農業分野に特化した日本語学習が必要であったという回答があった。さらには、視覚面で理解が促進できる動画教材のニーズが高いことがわかった。今後は、本調査の結果をもとに特定業種の技能実習生向けのICTを利活用した教材開発を進める予定である。

Abstract 本研究は、令和2年度2月～3月、試験的に実施した留学効果測定ツールBEVI(Beliefs, Events and Values Inventory) の結果を分析したものである。分析は、回答率が比較的高かったアイルランドの4週間の語学研修プログラムと、現地3泊、機内2泊と最も短いシンガポールの体験型プログラムを比較した。分析の結果、欧米の研修では、異文化適応能力が低いグループが、研修後にコンピテンシーのスコアを落としている傾向が見られた。一方、シンガポールのプログラムは、全体的にスコアを向上させた。このことから、留学効果を高めるためには、異文化適応能力に合った留学先に行くことが重要であることが明らかになった。

Abstract アメリカの大学におけるセクシュアルマイノリティ学生への支援状況について，State and territorial universities 623校を対象に、各大学のウェブサイトを参照して調査を行った。セクシュアルマイノリティ学生を専門にサポートするセンター・部署を持つ339校の「センター・部署の名称」「支援・活動内容」を調査したところ、名称で多く使用されている単語や、多くの大学で行われている支援・活動内容が明らかとなった。支援・活動内容は10のグループに分類され、「施設・設備」「カウンセリング・サポート」「LGBT関連」「相互支援」「啓発活動」「各種資料提供」「経済・服」「医療」「性関連」「その他」であった。これらの結果は今後の日本の大学における支援・活動の参考となるものであった。

Abstract 明日は我が身に起こるかもしれない災難や厄災、不条理。非常の中の日常の中の非日常という重層性。保養として別の地域に出向いて経験できる「解放」。震災を経験した土地での複雑な経験。東日本大震災被災者に関わり支援した在日コリアンたちを柱に論を進める。「チグハグ」「クラクラ」「ワイワイ」と形容される被災者と支援者の体験を通じて、他者を支援するとはどういうことか、「なりゆき」や「あそび」の概念と絡めながら諭じる。単一民族神話が蔓延する日本で無視されることが多い外国ルーツの人たちの活躍にも目を向ける。人類学者と社会学者である筆者達が共著の中、上記の間題や概念と格闘しながらの試みが本著である。

Abstract 岡山大学では学生発案型授業を2003年度から実施している。本稿では、「岡山大学SDGsアンバサダー」発足後の2020年度に新たに取り組むこととなった学生発案型授業の実践について、開講の経緯、科目の概要、授業企画から実施までのプロセスを報告し、学生発案型授業の課題と展望について考察する。授業の発案者は「岡山大学SDGsアンバサダー」に登録した学生10名である。担当部署の職員の支援を受けて企画に着手し、教員を選定し、教員とともに授業企画を行った。本稿は、選定された教員の視点から学生発案型授業の実践状況を報告するものである。また、過去の学生発案型授業で指摘された課題の視点を継承し、学生発案型授業の認知促進のエ夫、発案者である学生と教員の役割分担、継続的な科目運営のためのエ夫について考察する。

Abstract 本稿は、コロナ禍において対面からオンラインヘと実施形態を変更して開催することとなった正課外での多文化間交流を目的とした「にほんごカフェ」の活動が、参加者及びスタッフにとってどのように意義づけられていたのかを明らかにした上で、今後の活動のあり方を検討することを目的とする。2021年8月に行ったインタビュー調査の結果、「オンラインにほんごカフェ」が参加者とスタッフの双方にとっての多文化間交流機会かつ雑談の機会であり、非母語話者にとっての日本語使用機会として意義づけられていることが明らかとなった。一方で、多人数でのコミュニケーションの困難さや活動外への関係性の発展の難しさ等、オンライン特有の課題も見られた。
