Abstract	聴覚障害児を取り巻く状況は大きく変化してきているが，依然として諸課題の克服がなされているとは言い難い。その一つが「社会性と情緒の発達」である。「きこえない」がために，言語発達が遅れ，コミュニケーション障害をもたらし，さらに心理的問題等を生じるという深刻な二次的，三次的障害を引き起こす恐れがある。教師や保護者は，聴児が苦も無く行う「偶発学習」を意図的，計画的に促す必要がある。また，保護者は，早期からコミュニケーションの困難さを克服する努力を開始し，子どもの心に寄り添いながら，「言語的過保護」の状態を避けつつ様々な情報を丁寧に伝えていく必要がある。教師は，これらを常に意識しながら聴覚障害児と保護者双方の支援にあたり，多様な方法から実態に合うコミュニケーション方法を選択して指導に取り組み，社会性や情緒，さらに生きる力を育む必要がある。

Abstract	本研究の目的は、「目指す生徒像」を意識した学校の組織改善の具体を報告し、そのあり方を提言することにある。いつの時代においても、授業改善は教師に求められることである。教師は、よりよい授業をしたいと願うものの、本質的に授業はおもしろくないものとして、子どもたちには認識されているのが現状である。本研究では、共有ビジョンである「目指す生徒像」を軸とした協働的な授業改善の取り組みを報告する。そして、「目指す生徒像」を教職員が一丸となって作り、解釈、実践、検討していく営みの中で、生徒の実態や授業の問題点を明確に認識し、同じ視点での授業の改善や学校の組織力の向上につながる可能性を見出すこととする。さらに、こうした取り組みを進めていく中で、教師一人ひとりのメンタル・モデルにどのようにアプローチしていくのかということの視座も明らかにしていくこととする。
