Abstract As Labor bank is seemed as business partner of labor union, it contributes each community activities. For example, Labor bank helps retired employee, laborer and inhabitants. In addition, after the amendment of Money Lending Business Act of 2010, labor bank became clearly community based bank by consulting for heavily-indebted people and their education. This paper analyzes the new role of labor bank such as community contribution and enhancing financing service by collecting of the opinion of Financial Services Agency about prolongation of Concept of establishing a Japan Labor Bank

Abstract 本論は，筆者が実践している鑑賞授業における絵画作品の読み解きの例として，ロックウェルのイラストレーションを取り上げ，造形的なアプローチから作者の作画意図を読み解いていく有効な方法を提示するものである。具体的には受講者との対話形式や比較鑑賞の方法を 用いて，受講者の発見を促し，意見や疑問を取り上げながら徐々に作画意図に迫っていくプロセスを紹介している。その過程を通して，写真と絵画の関係や造形の奥深さを明らかにすることをねらっている。特に元写真や下絵と完成作の比較鑑賞は，これまでにない実践例であり，筆者独自の造形的視点が示されている。

Abstract In this paper, we examined the landscape and sightseeing at Bittchu-Kokubunji in Okayama prefecture carrying out the questionnaire survey to tourists and local residents. Both tourists and local residents estimate that the landscape ofBittchu-Kokubunji is wonderful, and it has several images such as historical, quiet, and old-fashioned, etc. AlthoughBittchu-Kokubunji is one of the famous tourist resorts in Okayama prefecture, there are quite few tourists compared with the degree of notability. Almost all tourists' age was 50 or more. As more active sightseeing activities, the number of times of holding events, such as an announcement of traditional performing arts, lighting of a five-storied pagoda, photograph or a sketching convention, needs to be increased. An attractive tourist resort should be created by the cooperation of local residents and administration.

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to re-evaluate the four positions of the postal administration disputes discussed in our previous papers, which can be regarded as political positions peculiar to Japan in a global viewpoint based on precedence researches of the international comparisons about postal reforms in several countries, such as Germany, UK and New Zealand, and on international comparison analysis original with this paper. After the work above, we will also re-evaluate“ The Postal Service Privatization Law”（ passed in the time of Koizumi Administration） and“ The Postal Reform Bills”（ under parliamentary discussion when this paper was written） each other.
