| Abstract | 3DマイクロX線CT｢R_mCT2｣は､わずか17秒のX線掘影で512枚のCT画像を一気に得ることがで
きるCT装置である｡また､焦点サイズ5pmのX線管と高解像2次元検出器(FPD)を搭載し10pm画素の高
精細CT画像の撮影を可能としている｡本稿では､高精細な断層画像を高速撮影し3次元CT画像表示を可能
とするR_mCT2の特徴と､心拍同期撮影等の最新アプリケーションについて紹介する｡

| Abstract Alternative | The 3D micro X-ray CT scanner"R_mCT2" produces 512X-ray images in 17 seconds.Equipped with
X-ray tubes with a focal spot size of 5μm and a high-resolution 2D FPD(flame photometric detector),the
scanner allows you to take high-definition CT images with 10-μm pixels.This report introduces the features of R_mCT2,which produces high-definition tomographic images at a high speed and provides a 3D display of CT images,and recent applications such as shooting cardiac synchronization.
