Title Alternative Spatial analysis of Kawaguchi City crime data

Abstract In this paper, we built some models of the spatial data, and evaluate those, using the crime data of　Kawaguchi city, Saitama prefecture in Japan. Compute the Moran’I statistics of five crime data related to thefts in the city, the value of sneakthief take the aggregation. So, we pay attention to the sneak, and make a model to estimate the incidence of the events. As a regression, we select the old-age index　among regional indexes. Applying a simple regression(SR), a spatial autoregressive model(SAR), a　geographically weighted regression(GWR) , we evaluate these models. In GWR model, it is interesting that there are some sections in which the sign of the coefficient takes the opposite versus SR and SAR models. So, stratifying the data by the sign of it, we investigate to data precisely.

Abstract 本研究の目的は教師のメンタルヘルス促進の実践のために、高い「バーンアウト」を生じることが予測できる教師の職業ストレッサーの類型化をこころみることである。岡山県の小・中学校教師710名を対象に調査を行った。まず、「職業環境の要因」(28項目)と「職務事態の要因」(16項目)、「個人的要因」(5項目)からなる3種類の教師の職業ストレッサーの3要因の平均得点を代表値とし、それをもとに小学校・中学校教師それぞれにおいてクラスター分析を実施した。その結果、小学校は3つ、中学校は4つのクラスターが示された。次いで、各クラスターごとに「バーンアウト」の3要因の平均得点の比較を一元配置の分散分析で検討した。その結果、小学校のクラスターは「バーンアウト」の高さの一貫した差が確認できない一方で、中学校は特定のクラスターの順番にあわせてほぼ「バーンアウト」が悪化していく傾向が確認された。以上の結果を基に「個人的要因」のストレッサーとしての「バーンアウト」への影響過程の複雑さと今後の実践上の課題を議論した。

Abstract 本研究の目的は,全ての生徒が乳幼児との関わりを通して,親になるということを考え,自己理解を図る保育授業の開発にある｡本報は,この目的を達成するための第四段階として,高等学校家庭科普通科目｢家庭総合｣を履修している生徒 198名 (第3学年男子 57名,女子 141名)に実施されたFlour Baby Prqject(以下, FBPと称す)を検討した｡その結果,学校全教員の FBPに対する理解と協力が前提とはなるが,①一人の家庭科教員で 40名の生徒を対象に, 2時間の｢家庭総合｣の授業時間と 1日間の校内活動で FB Pを実践できること,② 7日間の実践と比較すると,獲得認識の質･量の差はみられるが,壁徒は,③愛情を持ってFBを抱き,④世話に伴う大変さから,⑤子育てに対する責任と現在の自分は精神的･経済的に自立していないため親になることはできないという(む｢現在の自分に関する認識｣を形成していた｡それに対して,⑦｢家族の協力の必要性｣や｢自分の親に対する思い｣を獲得していた生徒は少なかったが,授業で行ったディスカッションにより,子育てには｢家族や周りの人の協力が必要である｣と認識した生徒もある程度みられた｡

Abstract オーストリアの前期中等教育段階における物理カリキュラムの改訂の現状を,ハウプトシューレにおける物理の新旧学習指導要領などから,明らかにした｡かつてのいわば｢化学を含む物理｣から化学の分離による普通教育中等学校下級段階との違いの解消と第 2 (通算呼称 6)学年における週授業時間数 2から 1への減少とが大きな変化であった｡学習目標,内杏,内容の取扱いの指示における変化からは,ハウプトシューレにおける物理カリキュラムの今回の改訂が,一方で,コアの明確化と集中,他方で,学校･教員の自由裁量の拡大という方針に従ったことが,窺い知れた。

Abstract 本研究は,開発した単元｢森林と大気と生活｣の学習書に基づいて実施した実験授業の結果を分析,考察したものである｡実験授業の結果,問題集,作文,推せん課題レポート,プリテスト･ポストテスト等のデータを得ることができた｡これらのデータを分析･考察することによって,開発した学習書が個別学習用教材として適切であったか,どのような社会認識を形成したか,実験授業によって社会認識がどのように変化したか,その理由はなにかなどを明らかにすることを目的としている｡本稿では,作文の分析と考察を行い,実験授業による認識,価値観の変容などを明らかにした｡

Abstract オーストリア第二共和国の初代大統領カール・レンナーは，1950年に死去した。死後間もなく3巻の『遺稿集』が出版されたが，民族問題に関する遺稿『民族：神話と現実』はそこに収録されなかった。この遺構は，「偶然に本を発見」に述べられているような経緯で，1964年にジャック・ハナクによって編集され，出版された。ここに訳出した「民族の生い立ち」はこの遺構の第一論文である。1899年，『国家と民族』によって，当時ではまったく独自な民族問題把握を提示したレンナーの，最晩年の民族問題論として検討に値するものである。この論文の理解を助けるものとして，ハナクによる「偶然に本を発見」と題する解説とレンナー自身による「序言」をも訳出しておく。訳出の底本は，Karl Renner, Die Nation: Mythos und Wirklichkeit, Manuskript aus dem Nachlass, Herausgegeben von Jacques Hannak, Mit einer Einleitung von Bruno Pittermann, Europa Verlag, Wien, 1964. である。

Abstract This article is to analyze the reasons of the failure of democratization and economic liberalism in Poland in the interwar period. Poland had failed to establish assembly democracy and a liberal market economy system, which allowed the Pilsudski's coup d'etat and etatism (economic interventionism of the state) to become dominant. This article will attempt to show why the Polish liberal economic policy collapsed and what political and economic conditions were instrumental to the rapid growth of authoritarianism by analyzing not only the economic aspects but the relationship between the parliament, government and president, etc. The economic liberalization and democratization tried out in newborn Poland successively failed due to the immature political bodies, conflict among the parliament, president and government, and the immature market. The administration established after the coup d'etat of Pilsudski was backed up by the worldwide economic recovery and stabilized economic situations of the mid twenties, but not able to take any effective measures against the world financial crisis post 1929. During the 20 years of the interwar period, economic liberalism was always in the mainstream of economic policy, but there was no positive and strong ideology in the background of the appearance of etatism. The market was too feeble to support the unstable Polish economy, and under those conditions, strong intervention by the state in the economy could not be avoided.
