Abstract 　本研究は、男性保育者を対象とした先行研究から、研究動向を明らかにし今後の課題を展望することを目的とした。対象文献は、CiNii Research を用いて、「男性保育者」をキーワードとして設定し検索したところ、84件が分析対象となった。対象文献を内容ごとに整理した結果、８つに分類することができた。各分類から、男性保育者に対する保育現場及び社会の認識は比較的明らかにされていたが、男性保育者自身の視点に焦点を当てた研究は十分でないことが明らかとなった。今後は、誕生して50年以上が経過した男性保育者を取り巻く周囲の認識の現状を改めて検討するとともに、男性保育者が保育職にやりがいを感じ、長期的なキャリアを築くにあたっての自己認識及び男性保育者が抱える課題の明確化が必要と考えられた。

Abstract 　保育者志望学生を対象に，保育における地震防災に関する意識や子どもへの地震防災教育の実践に関する課題等について質問紙調査を行った。その結果，実習経験の有無に関わらず，保育職に就く前に地震防災について理解しておく必要性について強く認識している傾向があることが分かった。また，実習経験の有無で差異が生じる意識もあることが確認できた。地震防災教育を実践する上での教育内容や自身の課題については，実習経験のない学生は，一般論的な内容で具体性に欠け，幅広い視点で防災教育を捉えていることが分かった。一方，実習経験のある学生は，保育現場の状況や子どもの発達過程を考慮した保育者としての視点や願いの表れた課題を持っている傾向があることが示唆された。

Abstract 　本論文では，塚本千秋先生がこれまで相談室紀要に執筆された論文をレビューした。それぞれの論文から，①クライエント・セラピスト双方に流れる時間を意識する重要性，② DV被害者という困難なケースに相対する際に構造を安定させる不断の努力が必要であること，③事例報告において各回のセッションを記述する作業それ自体が臨床研修として有用であること，④助言を行う前にまず目の前のクライエントその人の思いに焦点を当てること，⑤面接の中で思いついた介入を十分吟味すること，⑥試行カウンセリングの臨床現場とは異なる特殊性，⑦精神科医療の動向に，我々心理臨床家が注意を払う必要性，⑧不祥事や倫理的問題を自分ごととして考える重要性，⑨研修における協議が活発になるような架空事例作成の工夫，⑩14回の講義に通底する先生の思想や哲学など，を学ぶことができる。

キャリアのある新任医療従事者へのこころの健康支援―心理教育“サクセスフル・セルフ”による研修の試み―

Abstract キャリアのある医療従事者は，多様な課題を抱え職場適応に困難を感じ，職場定着しづらい場合があるものの，組織的な支援については，ほとんど検討されていない。そこで本研究では，キャリアのある新任医療従事者へ心理教育“サクセスフル・セルフ”を活用した研修を行い，本取り組みの意義等について検討することを目的とした。対象は，A 医療機関に採用されたキャリアのある新任職員のうち，本研修会に全回参加した14名である。研修会に関するプロセス評価分析を行った結果，各セッションおよび研修全体における本研修の目標到達度もしくは役立ち度および感想が示され，研修１回目から２回目の質問において同僚の輪にうまく入る，困難に打ち勝つ自己効力感，他者との関係性に関する自己効力感の肯定的変化が見られた。以上より，本研修会の有用性が示唆された。

抑うつ認知モデルによる児童の登校回避感情の検討

Abstract 　不登校の背景にある登校回避感情は，自尊感情の低さや友人関係上の問題，学業の問題など，抑うつ症状を示す児童と類似した心理的特徴を持つ。そこで本研究では，西日本の公立小学校の４～６年生344名を対象に，Beckら (1979) の抑うつ認知モデルにより児童の登校回避感情説明することで，登校回避感情がどのような過程で生起するか検討した。その結果，登校回避感情の生起には，非機能的態度をもつ者がストレスフルな出来事を経験したとき，ネガティブな自動思考とポジティプな自動思考のいわばバランスの崩れが影響していることが明らかとなった。今後は，児童の抑うつ生成過程における素因ストレスモデルと，本研究で作成されたモデルを明確に比較論じるためには，今後登校回避感情生起過程におけるストレス要因を考慮したモデルとの対照検討が必要であると考えられた。

Abstract Intramural esophageal dissection (IED), characterized by bleeding into the submucosal space, leads to mucosal separation and dissection. The most prevalent symptoms are sudden chest or retrosternal pain, hematemesis, and dysphagia. Therefore, acute coronary syndrome and aortic dissection are among its most notable differential diagnoses. A 31-year-old pregnant woman presented with acute chest pain, laryngeal discomfort, and hematemesis. Emergency esophagogastroscopy revealed longitudinal mucosal dissection (upper esophagus to esophagogastric junction). The patient was successfully treated by avoiding the ingestion of solid foods. Clinicians should consider a diagnosis of IED for pregnant patients with acute chest pain, especially if hematemesis is present.
