朱子の「太極」と「気」

Abstract 朱子の本体論には解明を要する幾つかの間題がなお存すると思われる。朱子にあっては、根源的な存在、つまり本体は太極であり、太極は即ち理である。これは既に諸家によって指摘されているものであるが、しかし、理の原則を扱った説明には、理は造作しない、或いは造作できないという規定があるのに対して、太極についての論述にはこれと同様な規定はない。これはなぜか。それから、太極は本体で、理は即ち太極であるならば、理は気より先に存在するのは極めて明白な事柄であるが、にもかかわらず朱子の弟子達は「理気先後」について執劫に質問をし、それらの質問に対しての朱子の答えは一様ではない。これはなぜか。朱子にあっては、恐らく、気が三種類の様態で存在していると考えられていたのであろう。即ち、太極としての気(理気未分の状態)、陰陽としての気(気或いは一気)、五行(質)としての気、という三つの存在様態である。朱子のいう気は、実際は陰陽二気を指すと思われる。太極は気ではあるが、その気はまだ理と分離していない。この状態にある太極としての気が形而下的な存在としての陰陽二気と混同されるのを恐れて朱子は、太極は気だと言うのを、なるべく避けようとしたのである。太極としての気は、占める空間的な場がないために、直ちに陰陽二気になってしまうものだから、無形から有形へと変化するという過程において言えば、太極が先に存在するが、実際の生成順序においては、時間的な先後はない。これが故に、朱子の答えはいつも瞭然としないのである。

Abstract リンク機構は，多種類の動きを生成することから，多くの動くおもちゃの基本メカニズムとして，欠かせない存在である。多節リンクを適用すれば，それぞれのリンクで各種動きを生成できるが，一方で，動きが一定にならなかったり，動かなくなったりする場合は多い。そこで本研究では，１つのリンクを駆動用に固定した５節リンク機構に注目し，目的の動きを得るための５節リンク機構の解法アルゴリズムの展開と，それを用いた設計方法について提案する。そして，適用例を示し，提案した設計方法の有用性について考察する。

小学校教員における児童虐待に関する認識と対応

Abstract 本研究では，小学校教員の児童虐待に関する認識や対応などの現状を把握し，児童虐待防止等のために必要なことを検討することを目的とし，2014 年に岡山県内の小学校7校の協力を得て質問紙調査を行い分析した。分析の結果，ほとんどの教員は，児童虐待の早期発見努力義務及び通告義務を認知しており，被虐待児童の発見経験がある教員は7 割以上で，被虐待児童の発見時には多様な方法で対応していること，8 割以上の教員が児童虐待に関する教育を受けていることを確認できた。児童虐待関連の知識や学習経験，被虐待児童と遭遇経験がある教員は，虐待判断認識が高く，通告意思が高いこと，教員が児童虐待防止等に適切な対応をするためには，継続的な学習機会の提供により的確な知識を持つとともに，学校内外のネットワークの整備，関係者間の共通認識と情報の共有などが必要であることが明らかになった。

Abstract 本稿は，「ユニバーサルデザイン教育カリキュラムのための基礎研究」の継続研究である。本研究は，UDによる個の尊重などの視点を通した美術教育を学校教育や地域社会の中で実践するための教育カリキュラムの構築を目指している。本稿では，小学校から高等学校までの長期的なカリキュラム構築のため，UDを鑑賞するためのツールの一つとしてPPP(プロダクト・パフォーマンス・プログラム)を取り上げ，教育的効果等の検討を行った。さらに，教育実践での効果を再度検討するため，高等学校・美術（デザイン領域）の授業で試行的にPPPを活用した。その結果，UDによる教育カリュラムでの教育効果を高めるための，文言の精査，運用方法など，PPPのカスタマイズの方向性を示すことができた。

Abstract 筆者は1999 年８月から９月にかけてメルボルン郊外にある２つの調査地において女性のパーソナル・ネットワークと集団加入に関する調査を実施した。本稿の目的は，調査票にあるそれぞれの質問への回答結果を２つの調査地に分けて集計し，両調査地の回答者の間にどのような違いがあるのかを明らかにすることである。集計結果を検討し，回答者と夫（パートナー）の年齢，習い事の教室に通う回答者の割合，居住地の選択理由，回答者の出生国で相違していることを指摘した。

Abstract Congenital anomalies exert significant impact on individuals and their families, with particularly negative effects on their quality of life. However, studies focusing on the psychological and behavioral characteristics of children with congenital anomalies are still limited, though this information is indispensable for the educational support of such children. In this paper, we reviewed articles dealing with psychological, behavioral and socioemotional characteristics of children with congenital anomalies including Turner syndrome, Klinefelter (XXY) syndrome, XYY syndrome, Apert syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome, Williams syndrome, Marfan syndrome, fetal alcohol syndrome, and congenital rubella syndrome. Educational support for these children is also discussed.

Abstract 横松は，2015 年の論文「私立幼稚園における実効のある保育目標明確化手順の実用性・有効性向上の追求」において，私立幼稚園における実効のある保育目標明確化手順を新たに定式化している。本稿では，その論文内容に基づいて，私立幼稚園における実効のある保育目標明確化手順の類型化に関する仮説を設定し，岡山県内の私立幼稚園の園長あるいは副園長を対象にその仮説の妥当性について問う面接調査を実施している。そして，それらの結果から，仮説を私立幼稚園においてより一般的に活用できるものに検討・修正し発展させると共に，新たに成立した仮説を活用して，実効のある保育目標の明確化をカリキュラム・マネジメントにつなげていくための留意点について考察している。

Abstract Childcare workers acquire a practical knowledge through the practice of childcare. We conducted research on how they acquire the practical knowledge even in the face of difficulty in guardian support. We used the qualitative data obtained by a group interview method. The data indicated the possibility that new childcare workers are so busy that they are often panicked by the guardians' complaints. However, our research revealed that such new childcare workers can establish a good relationship with the guardians by gradually acquiring a practical ability to provide a good childcare taking advice from their supervisors and colleagues. We also revealed that the new childcare workers make their own views on childcare and development clearer in their growth process.

Abstract 保育者のメンタルヘルスに関する研究の動向を明らかにすることを目的として,海外の先行研究を概観した。検索された27 の研究の中で，保育者のバーンアウトに関する研究は12，ストレスに関する研究は７，仕事の満足度に関する研究は６，効力感に関する研究は３，対 処法に関する研究は３であった。これらを国内の研究と比較するとともに，学校教員のメンタルヘルスに関する研究も参考としながら分析を行った。その結果，保育者のメンタルヘルスに関連する要因として，職場環境や職務内容，時間管理，賃金，職種，職員等や子どもとの関係，ソーシャルサポート，経験年数，仕事への関与等が挙げられ，国内の研究や学校教員を対象とした研究との類似点，相違点，今後の課題が示された。
