Title Alternative A role of the Asian Monsoon system on the rainfall climatology during warm season in Japan

Abstract A role of the global-scale Asian Monsoon on the rainfall climatology around the Japan Islands (excluding that in Hokkaido) during warm season were discussed by reviewing the previous studies including the original results by the present author. Not only the mean monthly rainfall amount but also its year-to-year variation is large from June to September (or October) there. While the rainfall amount and its variation are especially large in the Baiu season in Kyushu, they relatively large in autumn rainfall season (so-called the "Akisame" or "Shurin" in Japan) . It is noted that the huge northward moisture transport from the moisture-rich subtropical high area to the Baiu frontal zone is largely affected by the low pressure area in the subtropical region around South Asia. On the other hand, the low pressure area associated with the stagnation of typhoons around the Southwest Islands area (to the southwest of the Japan Islands) seems to play an important role in the huge moisture transport toward the japan Islands in the autumn rainfall season. A comment on seasonal persistency of the rainfall anomaly from spring to summer and summer to autumn is also presented by examining the monthly rainfall data in Nagoya, the central part of the Japan Islands.

Abstract 学級崩壊，心の病に陥る教師，増えるクレーマー等々の現実に，学生たちも教員採用試験に合格してから，教壇に立つことの責任の重さ，自分の指導力の未熟さを痛感し，押しつぶされそうになる。この状態を少しでも克服していくため教師力育成講座を開講することとした。不易と流行の両方の観点から具体的な教育課題を現職の小・中学校長に提案してもらい，それらの課題解決を通して教師力を育成していくことを目指す。また，他学部の教員志望学生や大学院生等にも参加を呼びかけ，志を一にする学生同士が互いに切磋琢磨し，より幅広い確かな教師力の育成に資するものである。

Abstract 岡山大学教育学部では，実践的指導力を身に付けた教員養成を目的とした「教員養成コア・カリキュラム」に取り組んでいる。また，それぞれの学生が身に付けた実践的指導力について自己評価できるよう「教職実践ポートフォリオ」を作成し，試行を始めている。今回，「教職実践ポートフォリオ」の自己評価の指標と関連させて，実践的指導力を獲得，あるいは発揮できる場である教育実習（主免実習）を通して，学生が自らの教育実践力がどのように変化したと考えているのかを調査した。本稿では，その結果を基に，教育実習（主免実習）における学生の教育実践力についての意識を考察する。

Abstract 近年，わが国の教員養成においても日本人学生の中国への留学，そして中国人学生の日本への留学が，増加傾向にあるのは周知の通りである。そのような中で，日本と中国の音楽教員養成に関するカリキュラムの構造が異なっているために，留学生らにとって，希望する研究内容と実際のカリキュラムが適さないという問題等が生じている実態がある。筆者らは，中国の教員養成に関する音楽カリキュラムおよび教育内容の実態を調査するために，東北師範大学内にある音楽学院を訪問した。それらの調査内容を踏まえ，本研究ではそれぞれ構造やシステムの違う岡山大学教育学部・教育学研究科(音楽教育)，東京藝術大学音楽学部・音楽研究科，東北師範大学音楽学院を事例として取り上げ比較することによって，前述した問題について検討を行った。

Abstract 本研究では、教育職員免許法認定講習の受講者（89名, 有効回答率82%）を対象に、特別支援学校教諭免許状の取得をめぐる考え方を検討した。その結果、特別支援教育に直接的に係わる立場であることが免許状取得の主な動機となっていた。ただし、免許取得のための機会と重要性のいっそうの周知が求められていた。また、免許の未保有に伴う不安が示され、その内容は自身の実践的知識やスキルを中心に連携体制の構築にも及んでいた。そして、免許に裏付けられた専門性として、「児童・生徒への理解力」、「様々な障害に関する特性の理解」、「個に応じた授業の実践力」といった子どもの実態の正確な理解と個別的な支援の力量が重視されていた。しかしながら、個別的な支援を実践的に裏付けるツールとしての「個別の教育支援計画」や「個別の指導計画」の作成を優先的に学ぶべきとは考えられていたものの、重要となる専門性とは位置づけられてはいなかった。今後、具体的な実践方策の理解と活用は大きな課題となろう。

Abstract 本研究は、高等学校公民科において、「開発」と「貧困」の問題を取り上げ、持続可能な社会の形成を目指し、それを支える市民の育成を目標とする単元を開発しようとするものである。「開発」と「貧困」の問題は、従来から公民科においても取り上げられている。しかしながら、その学習は問題の表面的な理解にとどまり、他国の立場も理解し自らもできることを見つけて取り組もうというスローガンの提示で終わることが多いように思われる。本研究においては、持続可能な社会という観点から「開発」と「貧困」の問題を捉えなおし、それを支える社会の仕組みやシステムをも認識させる単元の開発を目指した。

Abstract This article investigated into differences between first- and third-year senior high school students concerning: (a) the efficiencies of phonological coding and working memory capacities; and (b) the relationships of these two variables with reading comprehension. Also explored was whether the relationships were reflected in word-retaining strategies of the first-year students in the reading span tests for measuring working melnory capacities. The findings were: (a) students may improve their working memory capacities but may not improve the efficiencies of phonological coding during the first two years of senior high school; (b) the efficiency of phonological coding contributes to reading cOlnprehension more greatly for first-year students, but working metllory capacity contributes to reading comprehension for third-year students; and (c) the word-retaining strategies of first-year students reflect the relationships between the two variables and reading comprehension. The reasons for these findings were discussed and pedagogical implications were shown.

Abstract プロセスライティング法を使った2005年から2007年の日本の大学での英文ライティングの授業で,初級クラスの学生による, ライティング前/ ライティング/ ライティング後のそれぞれのプロセスにおけるトピックの選定, ブレインストーミング,アイデアの構成,初稿作成,ピアレビュー,書き直し,最終稿作成といった段階に関連して対話型ジャーナル(感想の記録)を書く課題の分析を通して, ライティング初心者の日本人大学生が直面する問超を考察した｡その結果, ライティング初心者はそれぞれの段階において様々な問題をかかえることが明らかになった｡これらの問題を軽減するために必要なライティング指導について論じる。

Abstract Aim The purpose of this study is to identify psychosocial factors associated with drinking behavior among underage university students. Methods: University students under the age of twenty (N=236) completed a self-reported questionnaire. Relationships between psychosocial variables and drinking were investigated using multigroup structural equation modeling analyses. Restllts: Number of friends who drink alcohol, vigor, self-efficacy in interpersonal relationships, self-assertive efficacy against drinking, self-efficacy in overcoming difficulty, and impulsiveness were associated with drinking behavior. Conclusion: These findings suggest that self-assertive efficacy to resist peer pressure, self-control and mood status are potentially important factors that could be addressed by programs to prevent drinking among underage university student.

Abstract シュライエルマッハーはドイツ市民社会形成期に求められた新しい教師の養成に専心しつつ,国民の学校に必要な教授学理論を構築した｡そして,教師の手引きでもある彼の主著『教授指針』における教育目標には,自らを熱烈な信奉者と言わしめたペスタロッテの思想ともう一人の｢教師｣であったシュライエルマッハーの影響が存在している｡ディースターヴェーク教授学をこの新たな角度から再解釈することで,我々は,急激な世界変化から生じる教育と学校そして授業-の要求に対応する,現代の教育学理論･教授学理論のあり方を検討することができるのである｡本論は,このような問題意識のもと,ディースターヴェーク教授学の現代的意義を追究する試みの端緒である｡
