| Abstract | 変化の激しい時代には、変化する状況に応じて見方・考え方を変える思考力が必要である。社会変化や統計教育の充実から、「データの活用」は新設され、中学校から小学校に代表値なども移行された。しかし、連続データを扱う統計的な問題解決の指導のあり方は未だ発展途上であり、統計的処理の仕方や結論を批判的に思考する授業展開が叫ばれているが、その具体的なアプローチの究明は喫緊の課題となっている。そこで、本稿では第6学年「データ活用」において、統計的処理の方法や結論に批判的な思考を働かせて検討し、自己の判断に信頼性がより高まる授業実践にチャレンジする。このように、統計的な問題過程を通して見出した代表値に批判的思考を働かせることは、代表値の見方・考え方を変えて、より信頼性を高めて考えることに有効であるという示唆が得られた。 |

| Abstract | 本論は，F.フレーベル［1782-1852］の著書『人間の教育』（1826）「第三篇 少年としての人間」の論述に関して，「幼児の活動と身体遊戯」「身体の堕落」「人間の本質としての善」「衝動と身体」等について，その現代的意味を保育内容「健康」領域との関連性において考察した。フレーベルが述べた「幼児の活動と身体遊戯」に関する著述に関しては，「走る」「球技（ボール遊び）」「鬼ごっこ（鬼遊び）」に関連性が見られるものの，「打ち合う」「相撲」「戦争ごっこ」「狩猟ごっこ」に関しては，幼児教育関係告示文や『小学校学習指導要領』を見る限り，関連性は確認できなかった。一連の研究は，本論（第四報）で打ち切りにするため，第一報から第四報の総括をした。 |

| Abstract | Acute mesenteric ischemia (AMI) is often caused by superior mesenteric artery (SMA) embolization. We report a rare case of synchronous celiac axis and SMA embolization in an elderly woman with initially mild abdominal pain. Ultimately, a second contrast-enhanced computed tomography revealed extensive necrosis from the stomach to the transverse colon together with liver ischemia due to hours of occlusion. Multiorgan failure made palliation the only option, and she died the following evening. Autopsy revealed a fragile atherosclerosis-asso-ciated thrombus. Careful examination and repeat diagnostic tests should be performed in patients with mild abdominal symptoms at risk for AMI. |

| Abstract | Bendamustine plus rituximab (B-R) is an effective therapy for relapsed or refractory (r/r) low-grade B-cell lymphoma (LGBCL) and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL); however, clinical data from Japanese patients treated with B-R therapy are limited. We retrospectively evaluated the efficacy and safety of B-R therapy in 42 patients who received B-R therapy at our hospital for r/r LGBCL and MCL. All patients received intravenous (IV) ritux-imab 375 mg/m2 on day 1 and IV bendamustine 90 mg/m2 on days 2 and 3 every 28 days for up to 6 cycles. The common histologic subtypes were follicular lymphoma (n = 29, 70%), marginal zone lymphoma (n = 6, 14%), and MCL (n = 5, 12%). The overall response rate was 93%, with 62% complete response and complete response unconfirmed. The median progression-free survival (PFS) was 38 months (95% confidence interval [CI], 24.6 to not reached [NR]), and the median overall survival (OS) was 80 months (95% CI, 60.7 to NR). Patients receiving a cumulative dose of bendamustine ≥ 720 mg/m2 showed a significantly longer PFS and OS. Grade 3/4 adverse events (≥ 10%) included neutropenia (55%), lymphopenia (69%), and nausea (24%). B-R therapy was effective and well tolerated, and the cumulative dose of bendamustine was associated with a favorable outcome. |

| Abstract | 本研究では，動詞に含意されない表現であっても，結果を表す表現（結果表現）として解釈できるものを対象に，結果表現の成立および意味構造を考察した。「花瓶を粉々に割った」のような動詞に含意される結果表現と比べ，動詞に含意されない結果表現は，非生産的で，動作主の目的達成や意図のもとに生じた客観的な状態である。また，状態変化動詞だけでなく，市変化動詞，作成動詞，料理に関する活動動詞にも結果表現が認められた。続いて，このような記述的な観察をもとに，動詞に含意されない結果表現がどのように意味構造で生起が保証されるのか，概念構造における規定を試みた。動詞に含意されない結果表現は算出面，意味的側面，構造面で高い非典型が認められた。 |

| Abstract | 本論文は中国語学習者のために制作された初級段階別読み物（GR）が多読活動を行う上で日本人学習者に適しているのか、また適した読み物はどのような特徴があるのか探ったものである。本研究では現在出版されている中国語GRの中でも初級者用の比較的多読活動に適していると思われるGRを取り上げ、これらのGRに用いられている語彙や文法項目が初級学習者のレベルに適切か考察し、されあに１年間の中国語学習を終えた学生を被験者と死、これらのGRの理解度を図った。分析の結果、中国語GRには多くの未習語彙が用いられているが、これらが学習者の理解度には影響を与えないということが分かった。また理解度が高いGRは学習者がイラストを手掛かりに未習語彙の意味を理解しているということが分かった。 |

| Abstract | キャリア教育として中学校の職場体験活動はほぼすべての学校で実施されている。本稿はその事前指導，事後指導を通して，職場体験と学校で学ぶ教科，学校生活，社会生活を生徒にとって意味あるつながりの構築を目指して行った実践の紹介である。具体的には，教職免許を持つ 6 名の大学院生が，それぞれの専門性を生かして教科の専門性と働くことと生活がつながっていることを，中学校 2 年生の職場体験の事後指導Ⅰとしてポスターセッションで伝えた。事後指導 2 時間目では，生徒は働くことと生活と教科のつながりを可視化するマップを作成して意見交換をした。これらの活動の成果は，生徒が記入した授業の振り返りを分類することで確認した。その結果，授業実践者がねらったつながりに気づいたと思われる記述が多く見られた。中でも多かったのは，将来に備えて今後の勉学や努力したいという趣旨の回答であった。 |

| Abstract | Differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) in juvenile patients is often an extensive and aggressive disease with a high frequency of recurrence. However, the prognosis is excellent, with a low mortality rate even when advanced disease is present, although prognostic factors and treatment strategy remain uncertain. Between April 2004 and March 2017, 33 juvenile patients (< 30 years old) were diagnosed with DTC and treated at our institution. We retrospectively investigated prognosis and factors including sex, reason for discovery, treatment, pathological factors and treatment progress to clarify the risk factors. All patients underwent curative surgical treatment. Pathologically, lymph node metastasis was identified in 25 patients (75%). Thirteen patients (39%) had bilateral cervical metastasis. In addition, 9 (27%) had more than 10 metastatic lymph nodes. The 2 patients with more than 20 metastatic lymph nodes were treated with radioactive iodine (RAI). Five patients (15%) had local recurrences and received surgery. There have been no further recurrences or deaths. However, no factors were determined to significantly predict the recurrence of juvenile DTC. Local recurrent disease was treated with surgery and/or RAI until remission, and survival was excellent in juvenile DTC. |
