| Abstract | (1)小麦品種農林52号を用ひ,その発芽及び発芽直後の生育に及ぼす塩類の影響を調査した.(2)発芽率,発芽吸水率は,濃度の増大と共に,ほぼ直線的減少をたどり,塩と等張な糖液についても,大略同様な結果を示した.然し比較的高濃度では,その後の生育に於て,塩に比し,糖は僅に良好な結果を認めた.(3)海水利用は,食塩単用に比し,幼根の伸長は良好である.(4)Indigocarmine染色法に依ると,塩の比較的高濃度に於ては,活力の減退が著しかつた.(5)体内酵素活力,例へばAmylase,Peroxydaseも亦た,塩の濃度の増大と共に,直線的減少をたどつた.低濃度の塩溶液が,酵素の賦活作用をなす事については,本実験では特に認められなかつた。
