Abstract
Direct effect of adrenalin, cortisone and ACTH on the eosinophilic leucocyte were observed on the standpoint of moving form by the same method described in part (Ⅰ). The results are as follows: (1) Adrenalin acts directly on the eosinophil and hypofunctionally on its moving form. (2) Cortisone acts directly on the eosinophil and hypofunctionally on its moving form. (3) When ACTH acts directly on the eosinophil, it brings about the hyperfunction on the standpoint of its moving form. These facts add morphological evidence to the change of functions of the eosinophil caused by drugs which has been described in part (1).
