| Abstract | 本稿は,日常の学校業務において教師が児童・生徒に対して持つ影響力に焦点をあて,教師による影響が児童・生徒によって受け入れられていく際の影響プロセスに関する社会心理学的な理論モデルを概観し,教育実践研究において影響プロセスに注目する意義を考察する｡さらに教師の影響力の大きさや内容を決定する重要な要因である社会的勢力資源に関する先行研究を概観する｡日常の交流のなかで,教師は各影響場面における目的,状況にそった働 きかけを児童・生徒に対し行っていく必要がある｡本稿は,社会的勢力に関する研究の視点から,各勢力資源の使用のメリット,デメリットについて検討する｡最後に教育場面における社会的勢力研究の方法,将来的に期待できる社会的勢力に関する発展研究についても考察する｡ |

| Abstract | 集団を運営していく中で,成員を適正に評価していくことは非常に重要である｡本研究の目的は,近年の基礎研究から得られた知見をもとに,人事評価に伴う認知的プロセスや,評価を歪める様々な要因について概観し,人材育成を促すためのよりよい評価実践のありかたについて考察することである｡本研究では第一に古川(1998)や柳津(2006)に基づいて,評価の目的や意義,有効性について検討する｡次にWilliams & Willams(1994)の業績評価プロセスに関する社会認知的モデル基づいて,評価者の情報処理プロセスを中核に,適正で納得性のある評価の在り方について検討することとする｡ |

| Abstract | 日本語心情語彙の通時的研究の一環として,日本文学史上の代表的な作品とみられるものを対象に,｢残念｣と｢嫉妬｣の心情を表す和語の用例分布を調査した｡本稿では,その用例分布表を掲示し分布の特徴を指摘した｡この分野の語の出現頻度は,源氏物語を始めとする平安女流文学作品においてとりわけ際だつ｡現代語につながる｢くやむ｣｢妬まし｣は,中世に派生形として出現した語である｡形容詞からの動詞派生語｢～がる｣の用例は,ほとんど｢くち惜し｣と｢妬し｣に集中している。 |

| Abstract | 日本語心情語彙の通時的研究の一環として,心的状態や心的動きを表す語を,既刊の古語辞典や語彙索引を中心とする文献から採集し,語構成と品詞の観点から考察する｡この分野の語彙を形態面から通時的に考察して,意味の面からの研究の基礎としたい｡日本語の心情語彙は,語構成の観点からみれば,各時代に初出する心情語では,単純語の減少,合成語の増加が際立つ｡合成語においては,擬態語の増加が際立つ｡また,合成語の造語成分として,身体部位名称や方位名称等が大きな役割を果たしている｡ |

| Abstract | 本研究は,学校における教育相談の定着に関して,各学校で主に校務分掌で位置づけられる教育相談担当者の立場から認知されている教育相談活動の内容や,教育相談活動を阻害する要因を明らかにする｡そのために,中学校の教育相談担当者1名ずつに対して質問紙調査を行い,現在の学校での生徒の心理･社会面,学習面,進路面の支援をする立場にある教育相談担当者からみた問題点や課題を整理する｡あわせて調査結果より,各教育相談担当者自身や教職員との間で感じる,教育相談の定義についての相違や,教育相談担当者が阻害要因と認識する問題の背景を考察した｡その結果,教育相談の位置づけの不明確さ,教育相談係の活動の学校間での差異といった教育相談係特有の課題と,多忙さなどのような教員の一般的な課題とがあることが示された。 |
