| Abstract | チームワークの研究は，航空や軍事等の高リスクな分野での悲劇的な事故が契機となり，その教訓に基づいて発展してきたという経緯がある。組織の安全性の維持・向上にチームワークは重要な意味を持つが，その知見は産業安全研究と一般的なチーム研究の領域で分断がみられる。この現状を鑑みて，本稿では双方の領域の橋渡しを企図した理論的研究を参照しつつ，既往知見を概括した。主に，事故事例にみられるチームワーク崩壊の行動兆候，安全性に貢献するチームワークの諸要因，そして高信頼性組織の理論に依拠した高信頼性チームの機能に関する知見を取り上げ，それらの示唆を議論した。
