Abstract | 『子ども・子育て支援法』改正以降,認定こども園は大幅に増加し,それに伴い様々な保育経験(幼稚園教諭・保育所保育士)をもった保育教諭が同じ園で勤務する状況も増えている。そこで本論では,保育教諭の保育経験の違いに着目し,保育観に関する研究動向と課題について考察した。先行研究を内容ごとに分類して概観すると,幼稚園教諭は教育的要素を,保育所保育士は養護的要素をもつ保育観をそれぞれに重視する傾向が示唆された。しかし,保育経験の違いがどのような保育内容や保育場面において保育観の相違をもたらすかについて十分な検討がされていないことが明らかになった。保育観の共有が保育の質の向上に繋がることから,保育経験による保育教諭の保育観の詳細な相違点を明らかにすることが今後の課題である。

抄録(別言語) | After the revision of the Act on Child Education and Childcare Support, certified centers for early childhood education and care are increasing significantly, result in more cases of childcare teachers with various childcare experiences (kindergarten teachers and nursery teachers) working at the same center. With a focus on the differences in childcare experience among childcare teachers, this study discussed the research trends and issues concerning the views on childcare. An overview of previous researches categorized by content suggests that kindergarten teachers tend to emphasize educational elements and nursery teachers tend to emphasize nurturing elements in their views on childcare, whereas it became clear that there has not been sufficient study of what content and situations in different childcare experiences lead to differences in views on childcare. Since the sharing of views on childcare leads to the improvement of the quality of childcare, the aim of further studies is to clarify more detailed differences in the views of childcare teachers based on their childcare experience.
