| Abstract | 本稿は，「観察と描画表現との関係についての基礎研究」の継続研究である。本研究は，学校教育での図画工作科，美術科での児童・生徒の活動のねらい等を明確にするために，観察と描画表現との関係について考察するものである。
本稿では，これまでの「観察と描画表現との関係についての基礎研究」の成果を踏まえ，現在の児童・生徒の「観察」の捉え方の仮説と，仮説に応じた美術教育の在り方について考察する。
