| Abstract | 本稿では，子供が聾・難聴と診断され，その後に自閉症の診断が追加された体験を持つ親を調査対象とした先行研究を分析し，自閉症診断依頼に至るまでの親の葛藤がどのようなものであるかについて，「肯定的矛盾と否定的矛盾の共立」概念を用いて考察した。結果，２つのテーマと７つのサブテーマが「肯定的矛盾」体験を表すものとして抽出されたが，その中に潜在している否定的矛盾を捉えることこそ，診断過程を親と共に歩む教師には必要であることを述べた。
