多面的・多角的な思考に根差した教育原理の考察 : イエナプラン教育事例をもとにした教育方法から

思考力・判断力・表現力を重視した学校教育が求められる今日、物事に対する多面的な見方考え方に即した主体的な集団づくりに基づく教育原理の在り方が必要とされる。特に、対話による直接コミュニケ－ション的行為に関する教育方法の充実による、道徳的心情、道徳的判断力に根差した崇高な道徳性の構築、多面的な見方考え方による思考力・判断力・表現力の育成については、子どもたちが将来にわたり、高等教育及び、社会人に向けた重要な教育原理の基礎となる。
上記の点について、集団づくりの根底にある人間関係づくりの構築に向け、オランダにおけるイ エナプラン教育、我が国日本の異年齢教育における教育原理を考察し、対話、アクティブラーニング等のコミュニケーション的行為の充実により、自己肯定感、自己効力感、道徳性等が培われ、理想とする幸福追求に向けた教育原理が構築される旨を示唆した。
