グローバル化社会を捉えさせる中学校社会科単元開発研究

本研究は,生徒にグローバル化が進んだ現代社会を捉えさせるための中学校社会科の授業構成の原理と方法を提案しようとするものである｡そのために,本研究においては,教材として外国人労働者問題を取り上げ,外国人の労働者が近年なぜ増加しているのかを探究させることを通して,グローバル化の実 態とその原因を把握させる｡教材開発においては,社会学者のサスキア･サッセン氏の論を手がかりに到達目標である概念的説明的知識を抽出し,グローバル化が進んだ世界に対する科学的認識を形成することを目指した｡

In this paper I indicate the principles of organization of lesson plan and the method of teaching about the globalization. I developed the tentative lesson plan to teach the problems regarding to foreign labors to inquiry the reason of increasing the number of foreign labors in some countries. My lesson plan depends on the study by Saskia Sassen who is the famous sociologist writing "Globalization and Its Discontents". The aim of my lesson plan is to make students understand about the globalization scientifically.
