| 抄録 | In contemporary end-of-life care, it is difficult for patients to make decisions without the influence of society, family, and other factors. In many cases, patients have the capacity to make the decisions; nevertheless, they have difficulty expressing their own will because of the influence of their relationships and environment. Patient concerns about the burden of care and also the social and economic impacts on family members often hinder their use of imagination and decision-making. Therefore, this study has examined how patients with decision-making capacities could achieve autonomy under the influence of their relationships with their surroundings. The method of decision-making support provided by nurses to patients was examined using relational autonomy theory. Relational autonomy theory attempts to reconceptualize autonomy through feminists who criticize individualist theories of autonomy. |

| 抄録 | 本研究では，中学校家庭科における高齢期学習の授業実践を通して，中学生が高齢期を自らのライフコースの中で考えることができるかを明らかにすることを目的とし，中学生を対象に高齢者，高齢期学習を実践した。中学校家庭科における高齢者や高齢期に関連する学習内容を確認するため，『中学校学習指導要領（平成29年告示）解説技術・家庭編』と家庭科の教科書を分析した。中学生が高齢者，高齢期に関して自分のライフコースの一部として考えることができるように学習指導案を作成し，岡山県内のT中学校3年生を対象に授業を行った。授業実践の結果，学習の深まりを感じたと回答した中学生が多く，高齢期を将来の自らのライフコースの中で考えられるようになった中学生も少なくないことを確認できた。しかし，高齢者に関する学習をより望む中学生が半数を下回り，中学生が更なる学習の意欲や興味を持てるような学習方法の工夫が必要であることも明らかになった。 |

| 抄録 | 本稿では，「多様化する結婚」という日本の現状を踏まえ，結婚に関連する学習内容が，高等学校家庭科においてどのように扱われているかを分析することを目的とし，平成30年版の『高等学校学習指導要領』に基づいて構成された「家庭基礎」の教科書10冊を用いて結婚に関連する学習内容を分析した。分析の結果，教科書には，『指導要領』に基づいて結婚等に関連する法制度の記述がみられること，結婚をめぐる現状や変化を反映した学習内容が取り扱われていることを確認した。また，夫婦の氏，同性婚を取り上げ，具体的な学習活動について分析した結果，教科書によっては，知識や現状を提示する学習だけでなく，学習者である高校生が自ら考えること，選択すること，さらに他人の選択についても客観的に考えられるように問いかけている教科書もみられた。結婚に関連する法律，語句の掲載の有無，学習活動において，教科書によって取扱いの差があることが明らかになった。 |

| 抄録 | This study explores the boundary response of domestic firms faced with increased openness to new foreign multinational M&A in an intermediate-input market in a host country. We develop a theoretical framework to study the impact of new foreign multinational M&A on the wholesale price of intermediate inputs as a key market condition in the host country and explore how the intermediate-input prices affect the organizational choice of domestic firms between domestic vertical integration and outsourcing. We find that new foreign multinational M&A raises the intermediate-input prices and facilitates the firms’ choice of domestic vertical integration. |

| 抄録 | 地方に位置する多くの自治体においては，従来からある事業所の活性化や新規事業所の誕生に加えて，製造工場の誘致は地域振興にとっていまも重要な政策となっている。今日，高度経済成長期における重厚長大型の産業の誘致とは異なり，地域優位性をできるだけ活用した企業誘致の傾向になっている。雇用創出効果は昔に比べて小さくなっているとはいえ，製造業の多くにおいて，地域の基盤産業としての位置づけは残っている。第1期の地方創生の期間で，どのような地域において，どのような製造工場が消失，撤退や出現，存続しているのかを識別し，それらの要因を分析する。 2014年と2019年の事業所の比較において，付加価値生産性の平均と分布を見ると2014年，2019年ともに存在する事業所の労働生産性が最も高い。次いで高いのが2019年に存在する事業所で，最も低かったのが2014年には存在したが2019年には存在していない事業所であった。またロジット分析の結果から，生産性が高く事業所規模が大きいと消滅しない傾向があり，また都市化の程度が高いと消滅傾向にあることが推定された。他方，発生した製造事業所について，産業別に同業種集積と人口規模で測った都市集積を説明変数とした市町村単位の回帰分析からは正の効果が示された。 |

| 抄録 | The purpose of this paper is to examine, using quarterly financial data, how the market reaction to earnings announcements in each market segment （prime market segment, standard market segment, and growth market segment） has changed after the revision of market segmentation at the Tokyo Stock Exchange. For the research design, the abnormal volume and residual returns for the 12 quarters around April 1, 2022, when the market segmentation was changed, were calculated using the analysis method of Beaver et al. ［2020］. The results of the analysis suggest that volume is significantly affected by changes in market segmentation. In addition, for the group of stocks in the growth market, there appears to have been some change in the trend of stock price fluctuations after the market segmentation revision. |

| 抄録 | 本稿では，中等家庭科教員養成課程に在籍する２年生の必修科目「中等家庭科教育法」において，家庭科と他教科を比較（共通点や相違点を整理）する機会を設けることで，受講した学生の家庭科に対する教科観がどのように変容するのかを調査することを目的とした。 その結果，他教科の中学校学習指導要領解説の記載内容から，学生は家庭科と各教科との関連性を認識し，他者の生活に対する価値観や考え方について理解を深めること，個人の生活が社会に影響を与えることについて理解を深めることなど，家庭科の学習が担う役割を新たに認識することができたと推察された。また，授業後の家庭科に対する教科観は，比較対象とした他教科による影響が見られ，「多様な生き方」，「様々な価値観や生き方」，「社会での課題を発見し，改善する力」，「未来の社会をつくる」等の新たな記述が見られた。 |

| 抄録 | 本継続研究の目的は，学校教育に社会的使命として求められているESDを視点とした小・中・高等学校家庭科の教育内容開発を行うことにある。本稿では，小学校家庭科において，従来，最も多くの学習時間が充てられてきた「被服製作学習」が「布を用いた製作」となり，製作時間短縮のために，市販のキットを用いた袋類やエプロン製作が実践されていることに着目し，古ワイシャツを用いたリメイクエプロンの製作を通して，児童に「自分と被服との関係」と「リメイクの意味」を考えさせる授業を開発し，この実践結果から小学校家庭科における「製作学習」の問い直しを行った。 |

| 抄録 | Pseudomonas cannabina pv. alisalensis (Pcal), the causative agent of bacterial blight on cruciferous crops, is an economically important pathogen worldwide. We have conducted several studies on the interactions between plants and pathogenic bacteria to develop effective control strategies for this disease. Using forward and reverse genetics, we identified several virulence factors, including the type III secretion system, membrane transporters, transcriptional factors, and amino acid metabolism. Additionally, we emphasized the role of coronatine, a toxin produced by Pcal, which promotes stomatal reopening and suppresses salicylic acid accumulation in plants. We also examined plant defense mechanisms activated by one of the plant defense activators, acibenzolar-S-methyl (ASM). ASM enhanced stomatal-based defense, resulting in reduction of bacterial entry and disease development. Moreover, we explored innovative control strategies for bacterial disease and demonstrated that amino acids and cellulose nanofiber are efficient and environmentally friendly control strategies. These studies advance our understanding of plant-pathogen dynamics and offer promising, sustainable approaches for managing bacterial blight disease in cruciferous crops. |

| 抄録 | The correlation between the impact of the external and internal environment of a household on its occupants’ health has been well documented by various research studies. Yet a limitation of the literature is the prevalence of modern household basic amenities and occupant health, especially in Vietnam. This paper examines the impact of modern household basic amenities on occupant health by applying the Vietnam Household Standard Survey 2018. By applying the Tobit method, it is revealed that household amenities displayed a significant association with health outcomes. For instance, individuals residing in concrete houses or employing waste collection systems exhibited decreased illness likelihood. Handwashing with soap correlated with a diminished illness probability. Tobit analysis highlights internet accessibility as significant in reducing days of work incapacity (approximately 6 days less). Gender, residential location, and total income also impact workdays. Age and education exhibit inverse relationships with workdays missed. In essence, these findings contribute to the broader discourse on public health and underscore the importance of considering diverse factors, ranging from basic amenities to socio-economic indicators, in formulating comprehensive health policies and interventions. |
