抄録	The purpose of this study was to establish a measurement scale for "stress recognition in receiving treatment" in patients with diabetes. A self-completed questionnaire was distributed to 149 type-2 diabetes outpatients in March-May 2015 after authorization from Okayama Prefectural University and the ethics committee of the hospital. 　The "stress recognition in receiving treatment" scale was designed as a second-order factor model consisting of 14 items and the following four factors : the respondent's sense of (1) the burden of being sick, (2) the burden on interpersonal relationships, (3) the burden of treatment, and (4) the burden of medical expenses. 　Stress recognition in treatment means recognition of being stressed in the burdens related to the illness, interpersonal relationships, treatment and medical expenses. 　The suitability of the questionnaire data was then evaluated with a structural equation model. The suitability of the factor model to the data satisfied the statistically acceptable standards as Comparative Fit Index (CFI) ＝0.931, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) ＝0.096, Tucker-Lewis Index (TLI) ＝0.946. 　As the construct validity was not examined by the scale created in this study or by existing scale, it was verified by using the degrees of mental healthiness and HbA1c that were proved to be associated with the sense of burden. 　In addition, the construct validity of the questionnaire was supported by a significant correlation between the Japanese version of the WHO-Five Well-being Index (S-WHO-5-J) and the patients' HbA1c levels. The use of this measure is expected to contribute to the early detection of a decline in a diabetic patient's activities of daily living and to the early confirmation of patients' support status.

抄録	学校における喫煙・飲酒・薬物乱用防止教育の充実には，問題行動が顕在化する中学校期だけでなく小学校期における指導の推進が重要であり，系統的な指導計画を立て，指導者や時間の確保，教材作成などに組織的に取組み，継続可能なプログラム開発を行う必要がある。そこで，地区内12 校の養護教諭が協働して，発達段階に応じた系統的・組織的かつ継続可能な地区共通の指導計画を開発し，各校の教育課程・年間計画に位置付けた実践研究を行った。その結果，指導計画の実施状況は，小学校11 校中，学級活動10 校，ミニ保健指導10 校，長期休業前指導6 校，広報活動9 校となり，特別支援学校1 校では広報活動のみを行うことができた。小学校における喫煙・飲酒・薬物乱用防止教育の推進には，学校保健活動の中核的役割を担う養護教諭が専門性を活かし協働して，系統的な指導計画を各校の教育課程に位置付け組織的で継続可能なプログラムとする取組が有効であった。

柿胃石の成分分析における標準物質としての柿渋の有用性

抄録	The definite diagnosis of persimmon phytobezoar (i.e., diospyrobezoar) is often accomplished by a component analysis using infrared spectroscopy. However, no studies have been conducted to investigate which substance is the best as a standard for the component analysis. Here we analyzed tannic acid, Japanese persimmon (kaki), fermented persimmon extract (kaki-shibu), conventional dried persimmon, and dried persimmon smoked in sulfur (ampo-kaki) by infrared spectroscopy to determine which would be optimal as a component analysis standard. The spectrum between 1,600 to 600cm－1 of a persimmon phytobezoar was quite similar to the spectrum of kaki-shibu rather than that of tannic acid. Consequently, we conclude that kaki-shibu should be used as a standard for infrared spectroscopy analyses of persimmon phytobezoars.

抄録	There is increasing interest in the intrinsic activity of the resting brain, especially the activity slower than 0.1Hz (i.e., low-frequency oscillations, or LFOs). To investigate the origin of LFOs observed in functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), we recorded multichannel fNIRS and electroencephalography (EEG) from the frontal cortex of 11 healthy young volunteers in the resting state. Electrocardiography (ECG), electro-oculography and respiration were also measured. Synchronous oscillations of oxy-hemoglobin (oxy-Hb) around 1.0Hz were detected in all fNIRS channels, and their frequency was consistent with a peak frequency of ECG, suggesting the changes of cerebral blood flow due to heart beats. In addition, oxy-Hb oscillations around 0.1Hz (i.e., LFOs) appeared in the fNIRS. The channels where LFOs appeared differed among the subjects, and the LFOs appeared or disappeared even in the same fNIRS channels. The appearance of LFOs in fNIRS channels was significantly higher when the LFOs appeared on the EEG in the adjacent EEG electrodes compared to when LFOs did not appear on EEG. The amplitude and coherence (synchronicity) of the LFOs were increased by changing the subjects' position from dorsal to the sitting position in both fNIRS and EEG, and the coherence in particular was increased in the homologous fNIRS channels on the bilateral hemispheres. These results suggest that LFOs of oxy-Hb couple with resting-state EEG activity.
