｢助産学総論｣と看護系の実習との関連における理解度に関する一考察 ―O大学保健学科看護学専攻･助産師コース第一期生の場合―

助産学総論は助産師の基礎教育において最も基本となる教科であるが,講義時間は30時間と限られた中で近年の女性やパートナーとの問題を含め,専門職として学修させるためには膨大な内容を示唆していかなければならない｡それには講義のみでなく看護学実習,地域実習,助産学実習などとの関連も把握しながら,これを遂行していくことは重要である｡講義および助産学実習について講義評価アンケートや実習理解度アンケートなどから助産学総論の内容への理解度を検討した｡検討結果,助産学総論の講義内容においてわかったことは,｢助産学総論の講義で理解させなければならないこと｣,｢助産学実習と関連して理解させられること｣,｢助産学実習以外の他の実習でも理解させられること｣などの内容を選別することができた｡

The "fundamentals of midwifery" is one of the most basic subjects in the education of midwives, but only 30 hours of lectures are given in this subject. To have students approach the subject as a professional one, numerous elements including current problems faced by women and problems between women and their partners need to be presented in the limited hours. In doing this, it is important not only to give lectures, but also to instill recognition of the relationship of the lectures to nursing. community and midwifery practices. Students filled out questionnaires to evaluate the lectures and to indicate their level of understanding of midwifery practice. From the results, the students' levels of understanding of the contents of the "fundamentals of midwifery" were investigated and classified into: 1) what needs to be understood from the "fundamentals of midwifery" lectures, 2) what can be understood in relation to midwifery practice, and 3) what can be understood through other practice.
