抄録 Organizational change is important topics in organizational behavior. This paper aims to survey of studies in hindrance(resistance) to organizational change. Especially, we focus on its factor, mechanism, and elimination. And so, we suevey previous studies from viewpoint of ①macro organizational theory＇s arguments(Ma. O), ②micro organizational theory＇s arguments(Mi. O), ③social psychology theory＇s arguments(S. P), ④consultant's suggestion(C. S). This paper's important points are as follows: ①factor are various: organizational inertia, action, information＇ flow(Ma. O), loss, stress, trust, recognition, learning(Mi. O), resistance, worry, self-defense(S. P), failure and behavior(8 factors), restrictive functions in equilibrium(10 problems), barrier(C. S). ②Mechanism are various: organizational inertia, action(Ma. O), loss and compusion, recognition(schema, conflict), organizational culture change(Mi. O), driving force and resistance force, influence and balance(S. P). damage, crisis andadherence(C. S). ③Elimination: organizational inertia, adaptation and balance, restraint, adjustment(Ma. O), participation, reward system, vision(Mi. O), participation, job design, taking turns, persuasion(S. P), paticipation, commitment, many eliminated methods(C. S). Addtionaly, our problems are as follows; ①significance of discussion and ②promotion factor in organizational change. And ③rationality, ④measuring method, ⑤practicing to management in organizational change.

抄録 学校教育の今日的課題として，子どもの健康・安全保障のための教職員の役割の明確化と 学校全体の取組体制の整備・充実が求められている。本共同研究は，この課題を考えるため に，教師の指導の下で行われる教科の中で，最も傷病の発生数の多い「体育（保健体育）」 の授業時間に着用を義務づけられている体操服（学校体操服）を取り上げ，わが国の学校教 育と体操服の歴史的考察および岡山県における学校体操服の現状と評価を調査・被服科学の 実験結果から試み，“子どもの健康と安全を守るための環境としての被服と教職員の役割” について検討したものである。

近年の学生女子ハンドボール競技におけるゲーム構成 ―2007年・2008年の学生女子上位チームの分析から―

抄録 This study was investigated that at examining the factor for winning with finding out the tendency of a student woman handball game in recent years ． 　Analysis was taken as the game of ８ teams of woman bests of the all Japan student handball championship in the 2008 fiscal year in the 2007 fiscal year． The result was as follows． 　①In the student woman handball game of top class in recent years， the number of the goals was 26.6 points， the number of shots was 48.7 times， and the number of times of an attack was 67.9 times．　In the number of times of an attack， it increased about 10 times per game from 15-year before， and speedy game deployment was developed． 　② When it compared between a victory team and a loser team， the significant difference was seen in the number of shots （P< 0.05）， the number of the goals （P< 0.01）， the number of mistakes （P< 0.01）， the attack strike rate （P< 0.01）， the shot strike rate（ P< 0.01）， and the mistake rate（ P< 0.01）． 　③ The strike rate of the set play was 28.1% in the loser team 42.1% in the victory team． Moreover， by the victory team， 23.2 %， in the loser team， it is 34.3 % and the significant difference（ P< 0.01） was seen about the rate of failure of the set play．

抄録 オレゴン州はアメリカ合衆国本土太平洋岸の３つの州のうち中間に位置する州である。 日本との経済的な結びつきも強く、仕事や観光あるいは留学といった目的で同州を訪れる 人は多い。目的がそのいずれであっても、オレゴン州についてある程度の予備知識を持っ て現地入りした方が、そうでない場合と比べ、より実り多い結果を期待できるであろう。し かし日本では、アメリカ合衆国に関する情報は大量に流通しているようにみえるが、個々 の州や地方に関する情報、ことに日本語で書かれたものとなると意外に限定される。その 空白を埋める試みとして、オレゴン州の地理・歴史、政治・経済、社会・文化などについ て、公的機関やメディアの情報と独自取材をもとに概要を紹介する。（その１）

抄録 A case study on persistent appearance of the ensemble of precipitation bands in the warm sector of the Baiu front in Kyushu District, the western part of Japan around 19 June 2001 was performed based on the operational observational data. Around 00UTC (09JST) 19 June when the Baiu front on the surface weather map was still located about a few 100kms to the north of Kyushu, the number and the total area of the meso-β or γ-scale line-shaped precipitation bands increased around Kyushu rapidly. These precipitation bands had been sustained there and gradually gathered each other to change into the Baiu frontal precipitation zone extending from the northern Kyushu to Seto-Naikai (Seto Inland Sea) around 09UTC (18JST) 19 June (the intense rainfall zone was still located in the warm sector of the Baiu front). Until ~09UTC (18JST) 19 June, the moist air flow with the latently unstable stratification had been sustained around Kyushu corresponding to the low-level southerly wind toward the surface Baiu front to the north of Kyushu. This large-scale situation would contribute greatly to the maintenance of the ensemble of the line-shaped precipitation bands in the warm sector of the Baiu front.
