主免実習前の3年次生の実践的指導力の基礎―「教育実習基礎研究」後の意識調査を中心に―

開かれた学校づくりが推奨される中、学校の主体性、自立性が求められ、特色ある学校づくりが推進されている。こうした流れの中にあって、養成段階から学校現場のニーズに応じた実践的指導力の基礎を育成することが重視されている。本研究では、学校現場のニーズに応じた実践的指導力の基礎を学校現場（本学部附属小学校）をフィールドにして培う3年次学生を対象にして、彼らの実践的指導力の基礎に関する意識について分析する。教育実習基礎研究では、実践的指導力の中でも授業実践力に重点を置き、附属及び公立校の授業をライブで観察するストラテジーをとるなどして、学生の授業観を基礎を培い、主免実習に円滑に橋渡しできるようにしている。この教育実習基礎研究での取り組みで、どの程度学生の実践的指導力に関する意識が高まったかを考察する。

Creating of school peculiarity with its subjectiveness and Independency is strongly pursued with the trend of recommendaton of so called new open-styled school models today. According to this stream of tendency mentioned above, student-teaching is more and more required to foster the bases of practical teaching adaptable to everyday classroom scenes. In this report, we are to analyze and consider our third year grade student-teachers' consciousness about their basic teaching ability which they get acquired through the lecture "Fundamental Study of Student-teaching". In this lecture, "Fundamental Study of Student-teaching", practical teaching is mainly focused and, at the same time, to establish a view on teacing itself by watching of the teaching scenes dealt at the attached and other cooperative schools is also stressed, having hope of their student-teaching go well.
