抄録	近代日本に残る近世的伝統とその刷新としての西洋化が混交ないしは相克する位相は，他者としての外国人の目線をそこに投じるとき，より浮き彫りになる側面がある。19 世紀末，近代初期の日本において，どのような文化や伝統をめぐる変化が進みつつあったのか。本稿では，イギリス人旅行写真家のベンジャミン・ストーンが1891 年の日本滞在時，本国の家族らに宛てた手紙を検討し，彼が語る日本で得た経験と観察の内容を考察する。

抄録	Dieser Aufsatz behandelt die Anordnung der Gemälde im Alten Museum Berlin bei seiner Eröffnung im Jahr 1830. Damals vertraten die Teilnehmer der Kommission zur Einrichtung des Museums sehr unterschiedliche Meinungen über die mögliche Aufhängung der Exponate. Das Alte Museum Berlin war eines der ersten Museen in Deutschland und es gab damals noch keine grundsätzlichen Empfehlungen oder Vorgaben zur Anordnung von Kunstwerken. In diesem Zusammenhang sind bisher vor allem die Bemerkungen des Vorsitzenden der Kommission, Wilhelm von Humboldt, mit Blick auf seine Sprachphilosophie untersucht worden. Der Schwerpunkt der folgenden Betrachtung liegt auf der von dem Architekten des Museums, Karl Friedrich Schinkel, vertretenen Auffassung zur Anordnung der Ausstellungsstücke. Dabei soll nicht nur die Kunstanschauung Schinkels selbst, sondern auch die Bedeutung des Museums als moderne Institution Berlins berücksichtigt werden. Einer Vorlesung des Archäologen Aloys Hirt im Jahr 1797 ist zu entnehmen, dass er das Museum besonders für Künstler und Wissenschaftler einrichten wollte. Er betrachtete ein Museum als ein Institut, das dazu dienen sollte, den Geschmack von Künstlern und Fachleuten auszubilden und die Industrie Preußens zu entwickeln. Dagegen hielten Schinkel und der Kunsthistoriker Friedrich Waagen, deren Vorschläge erst 1828 geäußert wurden, es vielmehr für wichtig, dem „Publikum“ Kenntnisse über Kunstgeschichte zu vermitteln. Dem Entwurf von Schinkel und Waagen fügten Humboldt und der Kunsthistoriker Carl Friedrich von Rumohr ein Gutachten über ästhetische Aspekte hinzu. Obwohl Humboldts und Rumohrs Vorschläge für die Aufhängung der Gemälde sich von denen Schinkels und Waagens unterschieden, spielte Schinkels Architektur des Museumsgebäudes eine wichtige Rolle dabei, die Ziele beider Seiten zu verwirklichen. Der Aufsatz kommt zu dem Schluss, dass das Alte Museum für Schinkel nicht nur Ausdruck seiner Verehrung für die Antike war, wie oft gesagt wird, sondern auch ein Mittel darstellte, das Publikum des 19. Jahrhunderts durch kunstgeschichtliche Kenntnisse mit der Antike zu verbinden.

抄録	We treated two patients with a rare metaplastic carcinoma of the breast. Patient 1：A 32-year-old woman presented with a rapidly growing mass（ 7cm） in her right breast. We diagnosed cT3N0M0 Stage IIB breast cancer and performed a radical resection. The pathological diagnosis was triple-negative metaplastic carcinoma with a Ki-67 value ＞30%. Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy were performed. Patient 2：A 66-year-old postmenopausal woman presented with a left breast mass. We diagnosed cT1N0M0 Stage I breast cancer and performed a radical resection. The pathological diagnosis was triple-negative metaplastic carcinoma with a Ki-67 value ＞30%. Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy was performed. Patients 1 and 2 have achieved relapse-free survivals of 1 year＋2 months and 10 months, respectively. Metaplastic carcinoma of the breast is a rare tumor, and its prognosis is not favorable. The only available treatment is that used for invasive ductal carcinoma；a more specific treatment has not been established. The accumulation of further similar cases and the development of a novel effective treatment are desired.

抄録	本稿は，学校が障害のある子どもに保障すべき教育成果の水準について，米国連邦最高裁判所が示した画期的な判決（Endrew F. v. Douglas County SD , 2017）の論点を捉えることにより，今後のインクルーシブ教育のあり方の検討に必要な基礎資料を提供することを目的とした。米国では障害者教育法(IDEA)により，障害のある子どもに対する「無償で適切な公教育」（FAPE）が保障されている。従来，FAPEが求める教育成果の水準に関しては，1980年代の最高裁判所判決（Board of Educ. v. Rowley , 1982）が大きな影響を与えてきた。つまり，FAPEの要求は「最小限を満たすもの」であれば足りると解釈されてきた。しかしながら，Endrew 裁判によって，実質的な意味のある教育成果が求められることが判示された。今後，本裁判を契機に，障害のある子どもに対する教育の成果がこれまで以上に大きな議論となることも予想できる。

抄録	This paper uses the latest statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics to analyze the characteristics of China's population aging. On this basis, the paper introduces the operation status of long-term Care insurance system in Qingdao, Shandong and Nantong, Jiangsu. As an important barrier to the aging population, the long-term care insurance system has the advantages of using the market-oriented principle to reform the elderly care service market and realize the social distribution of the elderly’s maintenance responsibility. However, China’s long-term care insurance system, which is in the trial operation process, still has some drawbacks, we will be focusing on how to get rid of these shortcomings of the system as core issues of the reform.
