| 抄録 | Since 1997, China has earnestly taken the basic trends of economic globalization as the object to incorporate them into its world strategy, though China didn't exactly decide the “Reform and Opening up Policy” on the perspective of the economic globalization. China considered it more useful for her economic development and raising its position in the world political economy to set China into the main stream of economic globalization as the basic trend within the world economy. Economic globalization has twin aspects with a national economy ; inflow of foreign direct investment, portfolio investment, technology, labor and services, and outflow of them. This article focuses on the latter problems experienced by China. We can find some reasons in the background of China’s strategic orientation, as follows ; China must secure its economic security for smooth economic development , whereas, a few main developed countries strengthen controls over basic resources and market share of the world within global economic competition, China has developed conditions to use comparative advantages in some sectors to set up China’s direct investment enterprises abroad, thus increasing foreign currency reserves− an important factor , incurring frequent conflicts in exports, securing foreign technology by M&A. Currently, China’s foundation of political economy in “The Age of Peace and Development”, “The Age of Economic Globalization,” lays special emphasis on “The General Security Strategy” accountable not only to her own country’s military security but also to its economic security for said economic development. The main point is to strengthen global economic relations by economic cooperation−the latter aspects of economic globalization mentioned above. This article analyzes steps for the relaxation of controls over China’s enterprise activities overseas, the relaxation of foreign exchange controls, and the encouragement for China’s enterprises going abroad to study its rapid progress of said strategy . | 抄録 | 本稿は、音楽教育学的視点から見た郷土芸能の伝承に関する質的研究の可能性について、長野県にある飯田市立竜峡中学校で行われている今田人形の伝承活動に関して論述することによって、明らかにすることを試みたものである。飯田市龍江地区（旧飯田村）には、約300年に渡り郷土芸能”今田人形”が伝承されてきた。竜峡中学校では、1978年からその伝承活動がクラブとして行われてきたが、2000年度からは新たに総合的な学習の一環として行われている。竜峡中学校における今田人形の伝承活動は、学校教育のみならず地域社会に存在する様々な教育的・社会的課題を考えていく上で、多分に参考となる事例である。この事例を取り上げ、インタビューによって何をどこまで明らかにすることができ、その中の何を普遍化のための手がかりとすることができるかという可能性について論述する。 |

| 抄録 | 漆器は「japan」といわれ、漆製品は日本を代表し、世界に誇ることのできる文化であり、古来より日本の独自なものである。この漆器の与えるイメージは本物、高品質、高級感である。しかし漆は「japan」ではなかなか通用しなくなりつつあり、一般的なものでなくなってきている。現代は安価なFRPによる加工製品が溢れ、高級な漆製品を必要としなくなったともいえる。伝統工芸の世界では漆芸として確立されているが、彫刻分野においては乾漆技法、技術は難しいものとして捉えられ、あまり多く制作されていない。日本古来の乾漆像の制作技法を考察し、現代の彫刻素材としての乾漆技法を確立したいと考える。 |

| 抄録 | 本稿の目的は、黒澤隆朝・小川一朗編『標準師範学校音楽教科書』（1938）の歌曲を概観することによって、国定師範学校教科書が発行される直後の検定済教科書における歌曲の特徴と傾向を明らかにすることである。『師範音楽 本科用巻一』（1943）との比較を通して、以下の3点が明らかとなった。①『標準師範学校音楽教科書』は、歌曲の他、器楽、鑑賞、音楽理論、音楽基礎の分野を含み、編纂された教科書である。②8割近くの歌曲は、西洋の作品ないしは西洋の民謡であり、それらの歌詞は原曲の翻案か、新しく作られた日本語の詩である。③ミリタリズム志向の歌曲教材には、4/4拍子、 、弱起、長調の行進曲が適用されている。 |

| 抄録 | Odontoglossum ringspot virus (ORSV)はJensen＆Gold（1951）によってOdontoglossum grandeにえそ輪紋を生じた病原ウイルスに命名されたが、CattleyaやCymbidiumを中心として広くラン科植物に発生していることが認められている。また、わが国では井上（1966、1983）がCymbidiumからORSVを分離し報告しており、日本でも多種属のラン科植物にORSVの発生が非常に多いことが認められている。シュンラン、カンラン、スルガランなどを含む東洋ラン・Cymbidium属では、かつて葉にモザイク斑を生じた斑紋を”金砂”と呼び非常に珍重されていたが、井上（1984、1990）はこの斑紋がORSVの感染によって生じたものであることを記載した。さらに、井上・呂（1983）は台湾においてもORSVが東洋ランに発生していることを報告している。これらの報告にはウイルスの診断と病徴の記載にとどまり、その病原ウイルスの諸性質についての詳細な記述がなされていなかった。本報告では、葉に軽いモザイク症状を示す東洋ランと呼ばれているスルガラン（Cymbidium ensifolium：蕙蘭）およびカンラン（Cymb. kanran）から検出されたウイルスについて病原学的研究を行ったところ、ORSVと同定されたので、これらの諸性質についての研究結果を報告するとともに、この東洋ラン分離株と既報の洋ランから分離されているORSVおよび同グループのtobacco mosaic virus （TMV）との比較研究を行ったので、それらの結果についても報告する。 |

| 抄録 | Quality control in mass-reared melon files, Bactricera cucurbitae, after eradication is discussed, based on the results of artificial selection experiments. First, a brief history of quality control in mass-rearing of insects is described. In practical mass-rearing of melon fly, many traits habe already been differentiated between mass-reared and wild files. These differing traits are reviewed and the factors which caused these differences are considered. It was considered that the differences between wild and mass-reared melon files depended on the selection pressures from the mass-rearing method. Next, the results of several artificial selection experiments using the melon fly are reviewed. Finally, consideration is given to some correlated responses to artificial selection in mass-rearing. Longevity that is correlated to early fecundity was successfully controlled by artificial selection for reproduction in the mass-rearing system. On the basis of these results, an improved method for quality control in mass-reared melon fly with considerations for quantitative genetics is discussed. |
