| 抄録 | Prolactin concentration of hypophysis of transplantable testosterone dependent tumor, Shionogi carcinoma-115, was studied by disc electrophoresis. Prolactin in hypophysis of Shionogi carcinoma-115 was high concentration than the control mice. The hormonal dependency was altered by administration of prolactin and testosterone, and recovered the dependency in 2 nd or 3 rd tumor transplantation.
