現職教員の「指導と評価」観

ゆとりの中で「生きる力」の育成を目指して平成14年度から新学習指導要領が完全実施される。新学習指導要領では、指導内容が30％縮減され、基礎学力の低下を危惧する声がある。また、これに連動して「指導と評価の一体化」の観点から教育課程審議会の答申（2000）で、絶対評価重視の方向性が示され、新しい評価観への転換が求められている。そこで本研究では、現職教員が新学習指導要領の意図をどのように受け止め、どんな「学力観」や「評価観」を持っているのかを調査し、授業改善に資する「指導感・評価観」への転換の必要性を考察する。

From the school year of Heisei 14 (2002) newly revised Course of Study is to be enforced with a special view to increasing the pupils' power to live for themselves in loosen up school day schedules. But we are afraid of their poor scholarship by 30% reduction of teaching contents. From a point of "Unifying the Teaching and Its Evaluation", the consultation board of Course of Study has made a report about the serious consideration on the absolute evaluation (2000). So we are asked to shift our view to this new aspect of evaluation.
