フランスにおける初等学校教員養成改革の研究―関連法規と事例を中心にして―

本稿は、1990年代から開始されたフランスの教員養成制度の抜本的な改革について、初等学校教員の養成を対象に主として法制上での整理と紹介をする。伝統的な師範学校による独占的な初等学校教員の養成を維持してきたフランスでは、新たに大学付設教師教育部を創設し、学士号取得（大学卒業）者を対象とした2年過程の統一的な、そして採用試験とリンクさせた教員養成システムを発足させた。その特徴は、第1学年修了時に採用試験を実施し、合格者（試補採用者）を第2学年に進級させること、大学に付設することで主として教科専門教育において大学のスタッフの協力を求めること、長期間の教育実習をコアにした教育課程の展開などがあげられる。

In France, from 1990, all teacher training systems, primary and secondary, have been assimilated in the new training insitutes: the university institutes of teacher training (Institutes Universitaires de Formation des Maitres). Until then, there was long-standing division which had been upon very different training institutions for primary and secondary school teachers. The creation of the university institutes of teacher training repeals this division and establishes a completely different concept of teacher: as a professional expert in Education, whether he/she teaches at a primary or secondary level. In this paper, I present some features of this reform and new training of the new institutes through ministerial ordinances and an example of Paris institute.
