わが国の保育士の私的な子育てをめぐる動向

　本研究では，私的な子育てをめぐる雇用条件や職場の状況といった環境要因，保育者の私的な子育てに対する認識という個人の内的要因の両面から，保育士にとっての私的な子育てをめぐる現況を整理した。 　その結果，両立するにあたっては，多様な働き方改革の制度を利用し，離職しなくても一時的に仕事よりも家庭生活・子育てを重視した生き方を実現できる可能性が拓かれてきていることが確認された。また，両立の困難に対処する中で保育の専門性が洗練されている事実も確認出来た。また，従来，子育てとの両立で最も大変な時期は，子どもの就学までと捉えられがちであったが，それ以降の発達期にも引き続き，時間とエネルギーを要する可能性が示唆された。保育士が捉える私的な子育てのより詳細な検討課題として見出された。

　In this research, the present situation of private child-rearing to childcare worker had been organized here from the viewpoints of environmental factors such as employment conditions related to private child-rearing and from the viewpoints of the personal internal factors such as the understanding of private child-rearing of childcare worker. As a result, in order to achieve the coexistence of both family and work, it is found that the system of various working style reforms has been utilized. Also, in dealing with the difficulties of both family and work, it is found that the expertise of childcare was refined. Finally, the results of this study are discussed and future problems are described.
