Abstract
Environmental enrichment, whose material is commercially available, is today thought to improve animal welfare, for instance, control of stress. There were some reports that these report contribution of suppression of stress, which the mother mice suffer during nursing their pup. However, the effects on stress-suppression by introducing the enrichment materials is unknown. In this study, determined plasma and urinary corticosterone in the mother mice with or without the materials from their making to weaning.
