Correction of whistling deformity in repaired cleft lip

A simple technique for secondary correction of“whistling deformity" in bilateral cleft lip patient was presented. A patient, 13-year-old boy, had primary plastic surgery on his bilateral cleft lip at the age of two months, and left whistling defect as a sequela. He had the secondary repair by modified free composite graft procedure from the lower lip with satisfactory results.
