Abstract
In the experiment of passive and active anaphylaxis by employing crystallin hen's egg white solution conducted about a guinea pig sensitized due to cows serum and normal guinea pigs, as well as in those where histamin shock was investigated between mice injected with cow's serum and normal mice. Such results were obtained. 1) In the passive anaphylaxis experiment by employing antiegg white rabbitserum, effect of cow's serum was scarcely seen. 2) In the active anaphylaxis test by employing hen's egg white, almost no influence of cow's serum was recognized. 3) In the experiment for histamin shock using mice, in this case also no difference was discovered between cases in which treated with or did not treated with cow's serum.
