Abstract
In case certain high pressure (400 atm.) is imposed on excised skin of a frog, its resting potential abates itself considerably, while its electric conductivity increases great deal. These facts may probably be ascribed to the augmented permeability of plasma membrane of the epithelium, due to high pressure.
