Abstract

教師力養成講座は、学校現場で実践されている優れた取組を学生に伝えることで、教職への漠然とした不安を取り除き教師という仕事への意欲を高めるとともに、学生の実践的指導力の向上を図ることをねらいとしている。２００９年から９年間実施しており、受講学生の多くから、「教職を目指す上で役に立つ」という肯定的な評価を得ている。これまで随時開催してきたこの講座を、より定着したものにする方策として、２０１８年度からの授業化に向けた取組を進めている。
