Research in Establishment of School Counseling & Guidance Systems in School Structures: Focusing on the Influence of School Leadership in School Counseling & Guidance

The purpose of this study was to focus on the influence of school administrators' leadership on school counseling and guidance in Japan. The questionnaire was organized from the proceeding research to find out the school administrators' attitude of leading school personnel. The questionnaire was given to teachers belonging to elementary schools, junior high school and senior high school. The results were supported some of the hypothesis, including the positive influence from previous studies.
