AGVを適用した工場モデルの教材化に関する研究

Abstract
Recently, the factory automation controlled by computer has greater impact on manufacturing development. The factory model pursuing both efficiency and flexibility of manufacturing is proposed in this paper. Automated Guided Vehicle has an important role for technological improvement of factory model. It can transport many parts to each station consisting of NC machines. In order to learn the operating management of the proposed factory automation, a new teaching material is needed for school education. Consequently, a prototype of factory model with AGV routing layout is constructed in this paper. In this model, AGV controlled by some sensors is assembled with LEGO Mindstorms. Finally, an example is given to show the practical use of the proposed factory model for the manufacturing education.
