被虐待児童の心理社会的発達におけるリスクについて―幼児期の発達変化の特徴―

本研究は、虐待が与える影響について心理社会的発達の観点から検討を行った。幼児を対象とした調査の結果から、虐待環境から分離し安定した養育環境を与えることによって急激に発達が促される傾向がみられた。さらに、典型的事例の経過観察より、運動能力や生活習慣はほぼ年齢相応にまで回復したが、言語能力や対人面での課題が残っており、いわゆる可塑性については領域によって差があることが示唆された。今後は虐待環境で育った児童の発達の可能性と問題点を明らかにし、被虐待児童のケアを考える上での視点として取り入れていくべきと思考された。

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence to the psychocosial development by child abuse. From the result that an ill-treated chidl was divided by a family, the toddler development tended to recover rapidly by rescuing the infant from child abuse. Furthermore, as a result of follow-up study of a typical case, neither linguistic competence nor the interpersonal relationships have recovered even to the age and the same though moving ability and the life skill almost recovered even to the age and the same.
