In VE-pretreated group, the concentrations of aglycone I of the liver (1, 3 and 5 h after the administration), kidney (1 and 3h) and heart (3h) were significantly higher than those in the saline group. The clinical application of VE or CoQ concomitant with anti-tumor drugs especially ADM, requires caution.</p> No potential conflict of interest relevant to this article was reported.
