房室完全ブロックの2例

Two cases of complete atrioventricular block due to hypertensive cardiovascular disease were studied. The one was 68-year-old male in whom complete atrioventricular block with automaticity of His's bundle and ventricle was noted. The other was 81-year-old male in whom complete atrioventricular block with ventricular capture was noted. Some considerations on the causes and clinical manifestations of complete atrioventricular block were made.
