Epirocaineによる分娩時陰部神経遮断麻酔

With the use of epirocaine for the pudendal block anesthesia at the time of delivery in 50 cases, we obtained as high as 96 per cent anesthetic effect. This drug is not only rapid in action but it also gives the desired effective space of time. Though this drug is a product of Japan, it is an excellent local anesthetic being in no way inferior to lidocaine (xylocaine) that has been proved to be safe on both mother and child.
