1. In hemolytic reaction, anti-hemolytic phenomenon can be seen more evidently when erythrocytes are added after certain hours to mixture of complement and hemolysin kept at 37℃, than 3 elements are mixed up together at once. 2, When concentration of erythrocytes suspension is fixed, hemolysin-titer lowers by decrease in concentration of complement. 3. In hemolytic reaction, when concentration of erythrocytes suspension and complement are changed in certain proportions, bind-zone phenomenon can be seen, but anti-hemolytic phenomenon is seen at higher concentration of hemolysin. 4. Decrease or disappearance of Neisser and Wechsberg's phenomenon in hemolytic reaction is caused by increase in albumin fraction of complement, on the contrary this phenomenon is seen evidently by increase in globulin fraction.
